Mother has been to the dentist and says the dentist was indeed very rough and has felt every bit of pain during extraction... face was completely swollen if I could give zero stars I would. Definitely won't be recommending anyone there and most definitely don't understand how they're so highly rated here on Google.. the name sounds pretty appealing right only once you enter to realize it's super outdated, dirty bathroom and truly nasty old bathroom

I put one star because I cant put zero star first I was in the room for a long whole second they didn't know what tooth needed fixing third one of the dentist male talking spit in my eye that got me so mad then they were supposed to do a crown and started the process to at the end they had to extract my tooth it was such a bad experience

I don't usually write reviews, but this office absolutely deserves one. I’ve been looking for a dentist for a while now. I came into my appointment with my anxiety through the roof. From the moment I walked in, the staff was so kind. The woman who took my X-rays was incredibly gentle which immediately helped ease some of my nerves but I got nervous once I sat in the chair. I did have to wait a little while for the hygienist, Tammy, but after meeting her, I completely understood it was worth the wait. Tammy is the kind of person that doesn’t rush because she genuinely gives every patient her full attention and the best care. From the second she walked into the room, my anxiety started melting away. She has such a friendly calming presence It doesn't feel like you're sitting in a dental office it feels like you're talking to a friend who truly cares about you. She cleaned my teeth so gently yet so thoroughly, examined every single part of my mouth without causing pain, and explained everything in a way that made perfect sense. She took the time to explain what was going on, what I could improve, and what I was already doing well. I truly believe healthcare professionals can make the biggest difference in a patient's experience simply by explaining and being informative the way Tammy is. For someone with anxiety, that means everything. Dr.David was amazing as well kind, welcoming, informative, and just as gentle while examining my mouth. Together, they made me feel like I was in the best hands!! I have to give Tammy her flowers. Tammy deserves a raise, and honestly, a paid vacation too. The way she made both my mom and me feel was something special. I have no doubt she gives every single patient that same level of care, compassion, and attention, and she's one of the biggest reasons people keep coming back to this office (along with the wonderful dentist, of course).

Scammy dentist, I am surprised they have so many positive reviews! Do not visit and be warned by the negative comments and Reddit thread. As mentioned in several comments before, the dental hygienist over prescribed issues. I have been to several dentists in Greenpoint and I have never had a dental hygienist first come greet me and over diagnose me with so many problems while barely looking at my teeth or my x-rays. She could not point to a single thing on the x-ray to explain what exactly was wrong. Just asked me a bunch of random questions and said I needed a expensive gum treatment. Refused to proceed with my scheduled cleaning unless I paid it. Then I was greeted by the dentist who "uncovered" a "exorbitant" amount of cavities while also barely showing me on the x-ray what the issue was, my last appointment was 15 months ago and I had one cavity filled.... My dental hygiene did not drastically plummet in over a year. Office is also dirty. Trash on the floor, dust build up on all the machines, and old ripped up chairs! They are clearly to focused on scamming you and unbothered to clean the office.

I had a really great experience at this dental office. The service is excellent, and everyone made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. The girls at the front desk are incredibly sweet and friendly, and the whole atmosphere is very calm and relaxing, especially considering how much I usually dislike going to the dentist. They really made the experience stress-free for me. Definitely recommend!

Dr.David is absolutely, the best dentist I've ever dealt with in my life. Not only is his technique smooth and painless his vision for the final outcome is superb. So far my mother told me that my teeth are beautiful and when I told her these are temporary teeth she said wow looks like the finished product. In 3 or 4 months I'll have my permanent teeth which will look better!!!

I had a really great experience at this dental office. The receptionists at the front desk are extremely polite and welcoming. You can ask them any question and they take the time to clearly explain everything. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The dentist is just as professional and thorough. I went in for dental implants, and he was very informative. He explained the entire process, what to expect, and answered all of my concerns in detail. I also had a cavity filled, and the procedure was completely smooth. I didn’t feel any pain, and everything went well from start to finish. Overall, the care, communication, and professionalism stood out to me. I will definitely continue coming here and highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring dental team. Thank you all I greatly appreciate your team

He made sure I was comfortable the entire time and explained everything clearly. Dr. David was also fantastic, knowledgeable, and attentive. You can tell they truly care about their patients. Very positive experience here! I was recommended by a friend with the same insurance as I had been nervous to return to the dentist after a period of missing some visits. Both during the cleaning and root canal procedures I was met with professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. Dr. Jen Zhang went above and beyond in saving a tooth which many would have given up on and moved forward with extraction.
