I didn’t start going to the dentist/oral surgeon until I was 35 - I’m even apprehensive about getting my teeth cleaned I put off getting my wisdom teeth extracted for three years too long. I was afraid during the consultation, the build up before the scheduled appointment but when I sat into the chair to set up and proceed with the appointment if I couldn’t chill myself out the entire team worked cohesively in such a subtle, collaborative, and smooth manner to transition myself and body’s involuntary system(s) into this surgery with ease. I had all wisdom teeth extracted. for anyone reading this, I was eased into the procedure with some laughing gas, then slowly administered With an IV sedation then sent me into a twilight dream state, I didn’t feel anything. I drifted into a hard sleep and woke up feeling like the entire extraction was completed in the blink of an eye and had so much fun feeling a little loopy when I woke up😆 Any oral surgery/ dental experience is naturally a freighting thing. You can hate the idea of it but Trust these people - they know what they’re doing. Thank you doctor Cooke( his credentials are incredible) and the front desk 💙 I hope anyone reading these reviews for comfort feels more at ease.

W/O doubt a great staff needed emergency surgery & Dr.Munoz was able to take care of me right away

my wisdom teeth extraction went quick and i had no pain while i recovered. bedside manner could’ve been better, i didn’t expect to be met with silence rather than comfort for being put under for the first time. but the reason i’m giving 2 stars though is because something suspicious happened that i just can’t shake off as a black woman. as the nurse explained the recovery process, just as she was about to give me a syringe for flushing my extraction sites, a doctor rushed in and told her not to give me one. i’m assuming the purpose of CLEANING my sites is to PREVENT INFECTION… so a DOCTOR who didn’t even do my procedure popping in to insist that i go home without one with no explanation was concerning. if i remember correctly, using the syringe was also part of the aftercare instructions i was provided… i bought a syringe on my own, but the fact that a doctor risked me getting an infection is shady and disturbing.

I had three teeth extracted and was nervous coming in. Staff and doc was excellent and made me feel so comfortable. She extracted with ease and before I knew it she was finished! Gave me instructions before and after❤️. First time I went to the dentist and felt good about the experience of the whole team!!❤️💯

The staff at this office are super kind, friendly, and best of all — efficient. I was squeezed in to Dr. Tan’s schedule for wisdom teeth extraction and the whole process literally happened in the blink of an eye. I don’t remember much of what was said to me post-op but they were diligent to throughly inform my escort who accompanied me exactly what to do and expect following the surgery. Dr. Tan was so kind to squeeze me in when he did and I’m immensely grateful. Thanks a million!!

My oral surgeon Dr. Munoz ( I mis spelled her name forgive me)did an excellent job in the extractions and just overall everything.!!!!!!!💜💜💜💜💜 Yes i said MY oral surgeon !!!!! Everyone there was very polite and professional!!!!! Chris was great in explained the financial aspect of my work that needs to be done!!! I was very relaxed and well taken care of. I did have several extractions and I did not feel a thing. Although I was a lil nervous the coaching from the Dr Munoz was great!!!!!! Everything was explained to me about after care by the staff-and the work was efficient and quick!!!!!!😀 The process was explained to me and I was very comfortable!!!! I’I mean to have people care so much to explain everything is a relief!!!! Thank you so much for the help and just being a great place to go for my dental work!!!!! Would highly recommend this place💗💗💗💗

Let me start off by saying it’s extremely hard to get these people on the phone. That turned me off but since they came highly recommended by my dentist, I decided to keep trying. Eventually, after calling on about 6 different occasions, I finally got a receptionist and was able to schedule an appointment. The soonest appointment was a month out so their wait time is a bit long. Once I got to the facility, I was impressed by the service and treatment I received. Front desk staff were super nice and pleasant. Dental assistant was super sweet. Doctor was amazing and genuinely seemed to care. Facility is very clean with updated equipment which I can definitely appreciate. I would definitely recommend this place but good luck getting them on the phone !
