The staff were very nice and helpful. The office was really clean and if they make you feel welcome. I wish I had known about this place a long time ago. 😁 🪥 🦷

I got a routine filling done here, and it caused pain when chewing on that side. I went back to the office 2x over the course of 5 months, and their solution was to redo the filling… so I did. That was 1 month ago, and to my astonishment and frustration, I’m still feeling discomfort when chewing on that side. I went back to my old dentist to get this checked out, and they said my last x-rays didn’t even indicate that I needed to get a filling… I can’t believe that I’m experiencing daily pain for a filling that I probably didn’t even need to do, and for the amount of time I’ve spent going back to the dentist in the last 6 months. I’ve had a cleaning done here before as well which was roughly done and unpleasant. I came to this place because of the high reviews and proximity to my apartment, and Dr. Nguyen seems competent and kind. But I’ve lost all trust in the other dentists working here. I so regret giving this place a chance.

From the time you walk through the door you receive nothing but great customer service. Dr. Nguyen greeting me when I arrived, Dr. Sheeba saw me for my dental visit today. Dr. Sheeba take the time to throughly check your teeth, clean them and go over everything with her patients. Christy at the front desk handled making my up coming appointments and verified my insurance coverage for them. She made sure I everything was explained to me before I left out. Great teamwork at this dentist office. Another plus for me was this is a very clean dentist office because details like this matter. I forgot the young lady’s name that took my dental x-rays but she was very patient and very kind. I highly recommend Aura Dental NYC!

If you have Healthfirst, don’t waste your time calling. They were designated by Healthfirst as my primary dentist but when I called to make an appointment, they refused to take me.

My experience with dentist in the past were not the best. They have cause a lot of pain and lasting results. But we needed to see the dentist and by the grace of God I found Aura Dental. Dr. Shevia was kind and quick—she explained everything to be done and considerate she was awesome. Dr. Chris is amazing, kind attentive and also listens to your needs. He is all about saving your teeth. Can’t find these two else where. Thank you to the both. To the receptionist, you ladies are amazing. Coming into the office is warm, a wonderful welcome, beautiful smiles, kind hearts and truly listen. My experience if I could give 100 stars I would. Thank you! -Yis

They were fast, professional great cleaning answered any questions that I had And even took me early when I showed up half hour early Would recommend to anyone for their dentist

As a new patient I was extremely impressed with the atmosphere at Aura Dental; their offices feel very quaint and sophisticated. My Dentist, Dr. Monika was professional and very polite. After my routine cleaning she took her time to explain my follow-up deep cleaning procedure and answer all my questions. The whole experience was a 10 out of 10. I would definitely recommend Aura Dental to anyone looking for a new Dentist.

Dr Win and staff was very thorough and explained every detail to me, down to insurance coverage, my exam, my cleaning, etc. Everyone was extremely professional and nothing was rushed. I will definitely return. I enjoyed my service here
