Dr.Lin and Jess were amazing - they looked at my issue, kindly explained what was wrong, and fixed it! They were careful, efficient, and had incredible bedside manner. The women at the front desk were also incredibly kind. This is the place to go for all of your dental / ortho needs!!!

I had a really mixed experience here. I came in specifically to fix my bite using Invisalign, not to straighten my teeth for aesthetic reasons - potentially a more complicated issue. Still, after more than a year and a half of treatment, my bite was never fixed and ended up worse than when I started. Over the course of my treatment I also saw three different orthodontists - I started with one, the second left, and the third I saw for the longest stretch (he was the best of the three, in that he at least cared the most), but the lack of continuity was frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re dealing with a more nuanced bite issue - maybe it’s fine for simpler, straightforward cases.

I've had the pleasure of having Invisalign treatment done at Beam Dental. I was told Dr. Lin is the best, and he is. I appreciate that he gives you options and recommendations but leaves the decision up to you. The entire staff were also wonderful. I also do general checkups here. I've had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Hayley, Dr. B, and Dr. Nguyen. Great team. My teeth are perfect!

This is my first visit here, and came here under a recommendation to get retainers from this office. I felt very welcomed and comfortable with the staff. Super friendly and quick as well. Thanks for the help and appreciate the smooth process. I would recommend others to come here if you have dental problems & cleanings!!

Just had a cleaning at Beam dental and honestly it was a great experience. The staff was super friendly from the moment I walked in, and everything felt really clean and organized. The hygienist was gentle but thorough, explained what they were doing, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Dr. Tung came in after sometime and was really easy to talk to, just helpful advice on keeping everything in good shape especially when it comes to wearing proper mouth guard when practicing mixed martial arts. Overall, Dr. Tung was way smoother than I expected. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place that makes you feel good and at ease.

I rarely go out of my way to leave reviews, but I genuinely can’t recommend Beam Dental Union Square enough. I came here to finish my Invisalign treatment after moving from a California Invisalign location, and the transition was seamless from day one. The team was incredibly transparent about timing, expectations, and exactly what would be required to get me to my dream teeth (even if that meant those little extra Invisalign attachment thingy-mabobs 😅). I worked with Dr. Jasin Lin, who truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was thoughtful, thorough, and made sure I felt informed and comfortable at every step which honestly makes such a difference. The entire staff deserves a shoutout as well for being consistently friendly, kind, and welcoming. 💅

I’m currently on the Invisalign plan and Dr.lin has been great and knowledgeable the whole entire experience. I am almost done and it has been a pleasure having all my appointments here. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Highly recco for anyone that is considering Invisalign. I also do my yearly cleanings here and they do a great job! -Katie Yang
