They were quick to ask for the upfront payment for my daughter’s procedures, which is fine we paid it. After the procedure, they realized one of the fillings wasn’t needed and they were going to refund us some money. At first they said to come pick up the check in a week, then we kept calling and every time we called to see if the check was available for pickup, they kept saying two more weeks and two more weeks every time. My wife called last week because she was tired of waiting and the manager Diana said she will have the check ready for pickup today. She said “she will personally pick it up for here and bring it to the their office.” It was all a lie. My wife went to pick it up and not only did Diana avoid my wife but she also kept her waiting. There was no check there and Diana avoided to see my wife on purpose because she knew she had lied to us once again and she had someone talk to her instead. At the end of the day, they gave us a refund to the card, which is something they could have done from the very beginning instead of having us wait for almost 3 months for a check that they never cared to follow up with. Dentist was nice but the administration and specially the management is something else.

My experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The dentist explained everything clearly and took great care of me. Highly recommend dr.mark champsi and Ruth was amazing in helping me out with my dental plan !

I’ve been going to this dentist for about 10 years or so and I don’t have any complaints. Everyone is welcoming and I love the way the doctors explain things to you. Dr. Dapney and Champse are the best. I would highly recommend to families as they have a small playground and balloons for children. It’s very family friendly. The service is also usually pretty quick here.

Dr. Mark Champsi and his team have been solid from the start. This is my second visit, and every time I come in, the experience is smooth. Scheduling is easy, they work with your availability, and I’ve never had an issue getting a time that fits. Dr. Champsi has great bedside manner. He takes his time, answers every question, and makes sure you actually understand what’s going on. That matters. The whole office keeps a calm, positive energy. It’s also very kid friendly. There is a play area for them to enjoy and even a room where kids can watch shows, which says a lot about how they think about families. Adelaida was here to greet me, very attentive and professional. I have not came in years yet she still provided the same great experience. The receptionists as well were very helpful in setting up my appointment and guiding me through my questions.

Adelaida in the entrance is very nice and welcoming. The front desk ladies are very attentive and helpful. As well as the Girls in x-rays and staff in the back were very nice and attentive, Dr Singh was very helpful and explained everything we needed to know. Ruth the assistant manager was nice and also explained everything and helped us.

Great service Dr chin and Tania were awesome with my babies that have autism. Definitely recommend
