What a wonderful office filled with genuinely kind and compassionate people! I was nervous about coming to the office with pre-existing issues, but the Beyond Dental team got to work fixing them right away. And a special shoutout to Dr. Sue! Absolutely fantastic dental office. Everyone was so kind and attentive, and Dr. Lei was phenomenal. Everything was explained clearly, and clarified if needed. I even received a hand written thank you card after my appointment. 100% recommend this practice to anyone looking!

High-quality, considerate, and kind care ❤️ They're the best dental office/group of people that I've experienced: short wait times, cost transparency, and procedures explained in detail. They were also patient with me when I struggled to describe my bite challenges (caused by a different dental office). Types of treatment/care I had: two new crowns, cavity fillings, scaling for gum inflammation, and cleaning. Also, the thoroughness of the initial visit was outstanding. I recently had my first dental appointment at Beyond Dental and was very impressed with this practice with the staff and my Dental Doctor. This facility is very modern with the latest equipment as well as the most through exam I can remember having as well as the communication was outstanding keeping me informed throughout my exam. I am now scheduled for follow-up visits to complete further procedures for my dental health. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

This is a wonderful dental practice. The staff are all kind and extremely good at communicating. They go out of the way to be helpful with scheduling. Both Dr. Liu and Dr. Cao are true experts, both at explaining what needs to be done and why, as well as at the actual dental work they do. I recommend this practice!

The only thing I like about the dentist office is a bunch of young people in the office that made me feel welcomed and answered my questions and accepted my insurance. Jordan was a sweetheart in person and a great professional at answering my texts I was so impressed. Besides that, I was utterly disappointed at how the dental assistant and the dentist treated me as if I was not worthy enough for them to do the basic cleaning after the long consultation they’ve gave me like my teeth are too complicated for them to handle and take care of as they were more concerned of what kind of finances I was to be able to provide them in the future. This was the first dentist assistant that ever told me that this dentist could not do the teeth cleaning but told me to ensure I had $13k in my pocket. So they don’t care about my dental health or my wellbeing or anything except for my money.

I had such a great experience at Beyond Dental thanks to Judy and Dr. Sue! I had a bad experience at another dentist in town and as a result, was really anxious about going in for cleanings and finding a new dental care provider. The folks at Beyond Dental were so kind, compassionate, and thoughtful — the care they put into their practice made a world of difference. Very thankful for the service and environment they provide for their patients!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in six years, so I was honestly a little nervous going in. But the entire experience ended up being painless, quick, and incredibly easy. The team made me feel comfortable from start to finish, and I left feeling great about my teeth and dental health. A special thank you to Judy, who cleaned my teeth and was absolutely wonderful. She walked me through everything clearly, from the cleaning itself to the financials and insurance, and made sure I understood all my options. She was attentive, patient, and consistently checked to make sure I was comfortable. She also helped me understand both my short-term and long-term dental plans, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend this office to anyone, especially if you want to watch some TV on the ceiling! They made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.

Wonderful experience at Beyond Dental. The staff is so caring, kind and attentive. Jordan was extremely patient and helpful with understanding my needs and getting everything scheduled, and Samara was a total rockstar and super helpful. Dr. Lei was really great - he answered all my questions and made me feel well taken care of! The office is also really calming and they have TVs on the ceiling so you can watch Netflix while in the chair! And sparkling waters! Overall great experience.
