I wanted to take a moment to appreciate Dr. Caruso and his team. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this isn’t a typical dental office. One of the first things you’ll notice is how wonderful it smells. Every time I’ve visited, there’s been a different scent, and I recently learned that’s because Dr. Caruso has an entire collection of candles. I honestly think that’s such a thoughtful touch. It shows that he understands many people feel nervous about going to the dentist and intentionally tries to create a calming, welcoming environment. The office itself feels warm and inviting, almost like you’re stepping into someone’s home instead of a medical office. The furniture, the relaxing home remodeling and gardening shows playing in the background, and the peaceful atmosphere all help put you at ease. When you step into the treatment rooms, you notice the same level of care. The equipment is neatly covered, which immediately gives you confidence in how seriously they take patient safety. Even while you’re in the chair, there are thoughtful touches to help you relax, like a TV playing peaceful scenes of sea turtles swimming. Combined with the pleasant scent from the candles throughout the office, it feels like Dr. Caruso has intentionally designed every part of the experience to help patients feel calm and forget, even for a little while, that they’re at the dentist. What impressed me even more was how clean and organized everything is. You can see the staff constantly cleaning, sanitizing, and taking pride in maintaining the office. It made me feel very comfortable knowing how much attention they give to every detail. Dr. Caruso comes across as humble, kind, and genuinely dedicated to his patients. Maintaining a successful private practice for over 40 years is an incredible accomplishment, and it’s obvious he’s poured his heart into it. His staff reflects that same care, they are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I also spent some time looking through the practice’s website, and it’s just as thoughtfully put together as the office itself. Everything feels intentional. Between the welcoming environment, the caring staff, and the convenient location near public transportation, it’s easy to see why patients continue coming here. You can truly feel the care and love that’s been poured into this practice over the years, and that makes all the difference.

Dr Caruso did an amazing job my front teeth were black on bottom and he cleaned them up really good. Now I can smile again

Dr. Caruso, Elizabeth, and Fully were all so kind and patient with me through the whole process of setting up an appointment and figuring out what was going on with my teeth. Dr. Caruso especially took the time to explain everything that was going on and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new primary dentist to come here! You'll definitely leave feeling taken care of.

Dr. Caruso is great I am very fearful of the dentist. I have been his patient since April 2026. He takes the time to explain each procedure and why it needs to be to be done. Dr Caruso has a lot of patience. I feel a little more comfortable with completing my dental work Gloria Jersey City, N.J.

Elizabeth and Fully were fantastic at explaining everything and answering all my questions. They were so welcoming and made me feel right at home. Dr. Russo was patient enough to answer my questions and even asked me all the questions he needed to as a doctor. He also referred me to an Endo and Oral surgeon for further treatments.

I walked in to dr.caruso’s office for a really bad tooth ache. Elizabeth was so attentive and amazing she explained post op instructions perfectly. They were quick and efficient. Olive is such a hard worker and great dental assistant. Dr.Caruso is also very lenient with payment option seeing as I didn’t have insurance. I really appreciate their help!! Will definitely make my primary!!

Dr. Russo, Liz and Olive were so great, friendly, very informational. The office is very and the vibe intimate, not rushed or forced. Dr. Russo very detailed about his plan for preventive care and any work that is needed moving forward. He’s been in Jersey City over 40 years providing community care that you don’t get anymore these days. I highly recommend him for service. Again Elizabeth and Olive are so awesome!
