I went to Brooklyn Mint Dental for my first visit today. It’s very close to all public transport so it’s a snap to get to. The office is spotless, modern and beautifully designed. I had the best experience in a dental office that I’ve ever had. Everything was superlative. Everything was made crystal clear to me, and every aspect of the road to proper dental care was addressed. Perfection!

This dental clinic is amazing, Dr Alice Hoang really puts care into her work and every single person here is incredibly kind and welcoming. They took the time to explain every option in detail, answered all of my questions, and were honest and transparent about pricing. It was the little touches remembering my name, offering a hand towel, and making sure I felt comfortable that made such a difference. You can tell they truly care about their patients. From the moment I walked into Dr. Hoang’s office, I immediately felt comforted and welcomed! All the staffs energy is so positive and cordial. Dr. Hoang herself is clearly why the office runs so well and as a patient, I was excited to finally fix my teeth. I have neglected my teeth for so long and Dr. Hoang had made me feel so confident in how she can rejuvenate and fix my teeth. I have had a lot of dental anxiety over the years but she has made me feel so at ease and her reassuring attitude has made my anxiety disappear. She’s so accommodating, skilled, intelligent and you can clearly see she has good will and a kind heart. I’m extremely excited to finally fix my teeth and smile again!

I see Dr. Alice Hoang, who has been a great listener and super caring dentist. For all three appointments the service has been exceptional. From the moment I walk in, the customer service is outstanding. The receptionists are warm, professional, and efficient, and that same level of care continues throughout the entire visit. The cleaning was incredibly detailed, the fillings and my fixed chipped tooth came out amazing and seamless. Most of all I never feel rushed. I am especially impressed with the comprehensive dental evaluation. Everything is explained clearly, and it is obvious they are being thorough and attentive by ensuring you are aware of every step. Everyone in the office, from the front desk to the team working in the back, is kind, knowledgeable, and professional. You can truly tell this clinic cares about patient health and comfort. I highly recommend them.
