Best cleaning I have ever had. The hygienist didn't just scrape and rush me out; she used the ultrasonic scaler and then went in manually to get the stubborn spots. My teeth feel like glass. PS Sharleen has the hands of an angel! love her

Ms. Wu was so skilled and talented along with her dental assistant. They were so careful of my feelings and saved me from this awful dentist that wanted to overwork my mouth by carefully filling a tooth and working incredibly well together. The room was clean and comfortable with great light and I was genuinely happy to be there. That’s a first because I usually can’t stand the dentist.

Went to Canal Dental today for a cleaning. The hygienist Kay was very good. She did a very thorough job with no pain and asked all the right questions. Was very patient with my questions also. Will definitely ask for her again.

Canal Dental Group is the best dental practice I’ve visited in years. They made sure to verify my insurance before scheduling the appointment, and called me the day before to remind me. All the staff are friendly and super helpful. The hygienist made sure I felt comfortable, and explained my X rays in detail. Dr. Zhu listened to all of my concerns, and made helpful recommendations for avoiding future issues. I would 10/10 recommend this practice, especially for anyone who’s not super comfortable going to the dentist.

I’ve been a patient at Canal Dental Group for several years, and my recent visit was another reminder of why I keep coming back. I had my cleaning done by a young hygienist I hadn't met before, and she was fantastic. She took the time to clearly communicate every step of the process before starting and answered all my questions in a way that was very easy to understand. Since I have sensitive teeth, I’m always a bit nervous, but she took special care throughout the procedure and reacted to my signals promptly and patiently. As always, the office environment is modern, spotless, and very clean. The entire staff is professional and friendly, and I appreciated the minimal wait time. Highly recommend!

I came here on a whim when I woke with a cavity and they were able to see me right away. The front desk is super friendly. The waiting area is comfortable and cozy. The dentist was awesome- she took really good care of me and I felt nothing. I also do not have any insurance and the prices were clear and affordable especially considering a lot of the other places around. This is a great place to get care. I will be coming back! I’ve been getting my cleanings with Dr. Sandy Wu, and I’ve always known she was the best—gentle, calm, and incredibly caring. Recently, I needed to get a dental implant done, and the experience confirmed just how exceptional she truly is. From beginning to end, Dr. Wu was patient, kind, and thorough. She explained every step of the implant process in a way that made me feel completely informed and at ease. Her calm, reassuring demeanor made a huge difference, especially since dental procedures can be intimidating. She checked in with me often, answered all my questions without ever making me feel rushed, and made the entire experience far smoother than I expected. I have been a patient here for several years and have always been satisfied until this recent experience with this young hygienist. My main complaint is that her cleaning technique caused discomfort, especially on my top tooth. As someone who works in the medical field, I noticed she seemed inexperienced and unsure (was kept saying sorry the whole time) particularly with patients like me whose teeth might be older or more fragile. During the procedure, I told her that the way she cleaned my top tooth was uncomfortable and was hurting, but she replied that it was due to deep stains and need more pressure. Additionally, the process felt messy -water ran down to my neck the whole time and I was not provide tissue. I have already told the front desk not to schedule with her again. But doctor was very nice and be able to fix and fill the chipped tooth.
