I wish I could give this place no star. My husband went there to fix a tooth and they told him the insurance dont cover the cost and he would have to pay $1200 I call the insurance company and they told them they do cover the procedure. The receptionist told me she will put through a claim and this is 2 weeks now, and upon till now a claim is not submitted to our insurance for this procedure but have my husband pay that $1200.

I changed my dentist and chose this office because I thought it would be a good choice, but unfortunately, they don’t really do anything, and everything seems to be about money. I don’t like the fact that their first choice is to try to get money from patients instead of going through their insurance. People really don’t have extra money these days.

The dental office is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Most of the staff members were very friendly and kind. However, there was one particular employee who rubbed me the wrong way, and I feel they could have done a better job cleaning my teeth. Overall, my experience was mostly positive, so I’m giving this office 4 out of 5 stars.

As it telates to dental work I can't recommend this dental office enough! Dr. Sesson is an incredible dentist. I've had a lot of dental work done over the years, and somehow he makes the experience virtually pain-free every single time. His skill, professionalism, and attention to detail are truly exceptional. I've also been getting my cleanings with Jing for years, and she is hands-down the best dental hygienist I've ever had. She is incredibly thorough, gentle, and always leaves my teeth feeling spotless. I've never had a better cleaning anywhere else. And a special shoutout to K, who is one of the first people you see when you walk in. She greets everyone with a genuine smile, is always warm and welcoming, and makes every visit feel like you're being cared for by family. From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave, the entire team delivers outstanding care. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. 10/10 experience every time!

I was previously going to another dentist and I realized that I was not receiving the proper health care and client service I deserve at that location. I am so glad I was able to make a choice for change and it was for the best.Dr Held and Nicole professionalism was outstanding. Individually they would represent their duties properly there is no doubt but as a team the duo was awesome. The experience first starts with the reception staff and their courtesy and professionalism lead up to the continuation of a great overall experience.

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Epstein and Nicole! From the moment I walked into the office, they made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Epstein was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making the entire process stress-free. Nicole was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for their patients truly set them apart. I highly recommend Dr. Epstein and Nicole to anyone looking for exceptional dental care. Thank you both for making every visit such a positive experience! Oh and I can't forget the staff.

I came to this dental office from my original office and Dr Epstein was my dentist I came last year to start the implant and I'm here at his office completed now. I just have to say he's an excellent dentist. Nicole his assistant I give her five stars as well. They've been very helpful. The staff here are also.I recommend this office 100%

Staff were very kind and attentive and presented dental care options without pressuring me. Very understanding if my life circumstances and overall great for a regular check-up.
