I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Epstein and Nicole! From the moment I walked into the office, they made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Epstein was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making the entire process stress-free. Nicole was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for their patients truly set them apart. I highly recommend Dr. Epstein and Nicole to anyone looking for exceptional dental care. Thank you both for making every visit such a positive experience! Oh and I can't forget the staff.

I came to this dental office from my original office and Dr Epstein was my dentist I came last year to start the implant and I'm here at his office completed now. I just have to say he's an excellent dentist. Nicole his assistant I give her five stars as well. They've been very helpful. The staff here are also.I recommend this office 100%

I have been going to this dentist for years! They aren’t pushy with upselling dental services (thank goodness, that can feel so uncomfortable). They are professional, transparent and communicative with any changes in the schedule. I go to Dr. Held, who most recently competed a corrective filling on one of my molars. Going to the dentist is never really pleasant just due to the nature of the procedures, but Dr. Held and his medical assistant Nicole were so comforting. When it was time to inject my gum area with anesthesia, I was panicking when I saw the size of the needle. But Dr. Held’s gingerly approach led to me not feeling majority of that initial pain. He truly held me with care. Nicole was quick, clean, personable and kind! They make a dynamic duo and are truly seasoned professionals at what they do. Mary at the front desk was also sweet, communicative and transparent. I appreciate her advocacy and the entire team made a positive impression during my visit.

I DO NOT recommend this facility! They are money grabbers and do not seem to care about the patient. As a child, I chipped the bottom of my front tooth and had a filling placed there. That filling lasted over 15 years with no issues. I went through elementary school, Junior high, high school, college, and post-college, braces procedure without any problems. About a year ago, the filling chipped. I went to Canarsie Cosmetic Family Dental - 1761 Rockaway Pkwy (this location) and specifically asked the dentist to replace the filling. He refused, saying it would "keep chipping", and insisted on putting a crown instead. I ended up spending over $6,500 plus interest on the procedure. I lost significant amount of my natural tooth structure, and the crown was oversized, which caused the tooth to shift because the bite was off, causing constant gum irritation, sensitivity and tooth pain. When I went back to explain this issue, the dentist disregarded the problem and instead insisted I get braces. I went to the orthodontist and they said the crown was the issue and that my gums were irritated. I've had braces several times and have never had an issue with my tooth! The entire process has been extremely painful (physically, emotionally, and financially). I hate how unnatural the crown looks compared to my other teeth. I am ashamed to smile and have lost a lot of confidence because of it. If the dentist had simply replaced the filling as I requested, I would not have had to endure any of this pain. I was a college student at the time, already paying tuition, rent, and other bills while trying to pay off debt. I did not need this unnecessary, expensive procedure. The natural structure/density of my tooth is gone forever, and that's something I'll have to live with for the rest of my life. I am currently undergoing service at Preferred Dental Care (Flushing), I recommend their location 10/10.

I had to get a root canal done, on my front tooth and I sat in the chair crying boohoo tears. Everybody told me to relax, he’s the best at what he does. Second visit I was still boohoo crying cause I just couldn’t imagine how it would look. After all the crying, when we got the crown back from the lab, I couldn’t believe how good it came out. I was super nervous because it’s my front tooth, and my smile is very important to me. I left the chair so grateful and started smiling immediately. He was patient and gentle with me and did everything so effortlessly. I recommend this doctor to anybody that is looking for dental care. He is truly the best!

I had a really great experience with Dr. Held and Nicole. I was honestly very nervous about going to the dentist, but they made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walked in. Dr. Held is very passionate about his work and took the time to explain everything clearly. He walked me through my options and helped me understand what would be best for my treatment without rushing me. Nicole was also incredibly kind and welcoming. Both of them were smiling, patient, and supportive, which really helped ease my anxiety. Overall, they made what I thought would be a stressful visit feel easy and reassuring. I truly appreciate their care and professionalism, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental experience.

My experience was wonderful. Despite I was very nervous, Dr. Epstein and his assistant Nicole were professional, kind, calm and very understanding. They did a great job on my tooth. I will be visiting again.

Special shout out to Dr.Held and Nurse Nicole for doing my fill in. They made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my results. I definitely recommend them as they took their time to properly service me and are extremely kind. Thank you again.

Honestly this will be the realist review you will get yesterday I had a appointment for 2:30 I got there around 2:11 I didn’t get called in till 4:23 they took x ray of my teeth and honestly I have one tooth in the back that been hurting me so bad so as soon the x ray was done the doctor which. Was a male stood by the door didn’t even come in the room he was like yeah you going to need implants which is 2,500 or get it pulled out so I’m like okay I understand that I was like can I get my cracked teeth fixed he was like no that’s 2,000 to get it replaced I was like other places fixed it for me with no problem mind you he didnt even look for him self I waited 2 hours for 5 mins very unprofessional and I feel like he is lazy didn’t even offer a clean or anything stood by the door the whole time if I knew I was going to waste my time I could have went somewhere else to more professional place.
