Doctor Shi and his team are excellent. I am so blessed to have them . I am with my own teethes only because of them. No one is extracted. He spend time to explain everything. His work is excellent. He use very morden technology and materials. He is honest. He save my teethes to correct my previous dentist work. And of course his team, front desk and assistant very polite and work fast and professional. Blessed you all

The office is clean. staff-quick and friendly. office hours are up to date on their website to help you plan accordingly for an appointment. on point with new technology including Solea dental laser. Dr. Shi is honest and patient. He willingly listens and answers all my concerns clearly and thoroughly. Definitely recommend him for all your dental needs.

I had two impacted wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Shi this morning, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. He was incredibly patient and took the time to clearly explain my CT scan, especially how one of the teeth was wrapped around a nerve, which made the procedure higher risk. Despite that, the removal was handled beautifully and efficiently. The entire team was kind, caring, and very supportive throughout the process. As an international student without insurance, I especially appreciated how accommodating and understanding they were. The procedure itself was surprisingly quick, and I felt I was in very safe hands the whole time. I’m now hoping for a smooth and speedy recovery, but I highly recommend Dr. Shi and his team to anyone needing their wisdom teeth removed.

I had a great experience with Centre Dental and Dr. John Shi. I initially came in to have two crowns done, and the entire process was smooth and professional. Dr. Shi uses very modern, up-to-date equipment, and the crown was completed during the same appointment, which was extremely convenient. During the treatment, Dr. Shi also carefully checked my teeth and identified a few cavities that needed attention. What I really appreciated was that he took the time to explain everything and show me the issues instead of just proceeding blindly with treatment. That level of transparency made me feel much more comfortable and confident about the work being done. The work was done very well, and he made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointments. Dr. Shi has been my dentist for over 10 years now . I randomly found him. I remember one day at night. I was in pain and I was calling almost every dentist online and nobody would take me and Dr. Shi said I should go in right away because I should not be in pain so I went in for me for him to assess me. I am so blessed to have found dentist who really cares. All these years, Dr. Shi has been consistently, caring and passionate and sincere. I went for a cleaning today and I was lucky that his patient was running late, and I got him to do my cleaning. It was very gentle and painless. I normally hate dental cleaning nor any other dental work. But having a great dentist really mattersz I feel like I’m in good hands.

The office looks impressive. It's set up exceeds my expectations. However, I feel like I didn't get the cleaning service, which I came for. I didn't received much more than a rinse of a month for a few minutes. This was not worth my time to visit. I am not asking for refund only out of my respect to Dr. Shia. It would take a miracle to get me there again. Sorry. This message is my attempt to help you, guys. You invested heavily and I appreciate it. Now you need to use what you have.
