About Dallas Endodontics

Dallas Endodontics provides dental care on Greenville Avenue in the Lake Highlands area of Dallas, Texas. Root canal treatment removes infected or inflamed tissue from inside a tooth, cleans and seals the space, and allows the natural tooth to be kept rather than extracted. Its reputation for being painful is largely outdated — carried out under local anaesthetic, it typically relieves pain rather than causing it.

Day-to-day oral health still comes down to the basics between visits — brushing twice daily with fluoride toothpaste, cleaning between the teeth, and limiting how often sugary food and drink appear through the day matters more than the total amount eaten at once. Regular professional care is what catches whatever those habits do not.

Digital X-rays are a routine part of dental care because they show what a visual exam alone cannot — decay forming between teeth, bone loss below the gumline, and how developing adult teeth are positioned in children. They use a low radiation dose and are taken on a schedule matched to individual risk rather than at every single visit.

Left untreated, small dental problems tend not to stay small. A minor cavity that would have been a straightforward filling can progress to needing root canal treatment and a crown, and early gum inflammation that would have reversed with a good cleaning can progress toward bone loss around the teeth. Catching things early is generally the difference in both effort and cost.

Continuity matters in dental care — seeing the same practice over time means your history, X-rays, and any patterns in your oral health are already on file, rather than starting from scratch at each visit. That familiarity is part of what a regular dental home offers beyond any single appointment.

Dental anxiety is common, and most practices are used to working with nervous patients — through clear explanations of what is about to happen, a slower pace where needed, and sedation options for patients who want them. Avoiding the dentist out of anxiety tends to make eventual treatment more involved, not less. Frequently Asked Questions

Where is Dallas Endodontics located in Dallas?
Dallas Endodontics is on Greenville Avenue in the Lake Highlands area of Dallas, Texas (75243).
What days is Dallas Endodontics open?
Dallas Endodontics is open Monday through Friday. Contact the practice through this page to confirm current appointment times before travelling.
What services does Dallas Endodontics offer?
Listed services at Dallas Endodontics include Root Canal Treatment. The full list is shown on this page.
How many appointments does root canal treatment take?
It can sometimes be completed in one visit, though more complex teeth with several canals may need two. Which applies depends on the tooth involved and whether there is active infection to settle first.
Do I need a crown after a root canal?
Often yes, particularly on back teeth. A treated tooth loses internal structure and becomes more brittle, so a crown is usually recommended to protect it against fracture under chewing forces.
What causes bad breath and can a dentist help?
Persistent bad breath most often comes from bacteria on the tongue and around the gumline, and gum disease is a frequent underlying cause. Because it is usually oral in origin, a dental examination is a sensible first step.

I cannot recommend Dallas Endodontics highly enough. I developed severe tooth pain late on a Friday afternoon and discovered I needed an urgent root canal. My regular dentist could not find an available endodontist, so I contacted Dallas Endodontics directly. Despite it being the end of the week, they fitted me in without any hassle and carried out the treatment that same afternoon. The entire team was friendly, professional and incredibly accommodating, and the procedure itself was excellent. They turned what could have been a very stressful experience into a smooth one. I am extremely grateful for their willingness to help at such short notice. Outstanding service from start to finish. Thank you!

These folks are incredibly efficient. I was still on my way to work from my referring dentist and was called for an appointment. Easy to make the appointment when I called back. Front desk was a pleasure to work with. Paperwork is always a pain, but I had consented to have my dentist transmit my data. Necessary images taken, treatment options discussed, return visit scheduled. Out in 30 minutes. Chair side .anner of the nurses was great. Dr. Moe was very thorough. Bravo

Dr. Mo and Elaine were absolutely wonderful. They explained everything prior to proceeding. Dr. Mo went over my X-rays and explained his treatment plan. He did a painless root canal!! I was very nervous about having the procedure, but he was done quickly and I had no pain!! Amazing! I will use Dallas Endodontics for all my dental surgery needs!!

Dr. Sadrkhani and his team were fantastic. I was honestly pretty nervous going in for my root canal, but he immediately put me at ease and made the whole experience much more comfortable than I expected. The procedure itself was quick, painless, and handled very professionally. The entire staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference. Everything was explained clearly and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. I’m really grateful for the great care and would absolutely recommend Dr. Sadrkhani and his practice to anyone needing endodontic work.

Everything was great from scheduling to recovery. I can’t even tell any work was done. I went in for a root canal on my molar. I requested iv sedation and it was amazing. I went at 8am. Took about 3 hours. By 12 noon i was back to feeling completely normal from the anesthesia. All the staff are great and they do excellent work!
