My experience with Dr Castellon since 1/16/26 has been great. He is well experienced as he always explained my procedure in detail whenever I go to my appointments. I am happy with my crown that was placed on 6/11 and looking forward to have the remaining crowns done soon. I also wanted to thank his amazing team who are Diana his assistant, Julie the hygienist, Sheryl at the front desk and Kritina at the checkout desk. I am going to refer all my friends and family to Dr Castellon as he is the best.

I had a great experience with Dallas Prosthodontics and in particular with Dr. Gabrielle Jackson when I needed a crown for an upper dental implant that had failed. She identified the cause of the failure and recommended a plan to fix the issue. She and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’m very happy with the results.

Dallas Prosthodontics was great, especially Dr. Jackson. She was very knowledgeable, but also patient, kind and fun. When the need arises, will definitely use her again.

Dallas Prosthodontics and Dr Buskin are AMAZING! That’s the word I used when they delivered my new set of dentures. They have been involved with my Oral Surgeon from the removal process and did all of my new set of dentures. I’m so happy with the staff and doctors here.

If you are looking for support with existing or new dentures or implants, I cannot recommend Dallas Prosthodontics enough. I was referred over after the dentist who installed my dentures couldn't get them off for a planned cleaning. Dr Buskin immediately was able to get my dentures off, diagnose the issue, provide a clear action plan for my bottom appliance, and get me moving in a positive direction. I never felt that there was a service added that padded my costs to get to success. We had some hiccups along the way including a broken temporary but the staff were nothing short of incredible. Weekend emergency visits were supported and encouraged, they will not tolerate you suffering in silence when they can make it better. They WILL fit you in, even if Doc has to drive 3 hours immediately after. I also suffer from severe anxiety at dental offices. I only felt medication was necessary on my first visit. Cheryl at the front desk is also a compassionate and direct lady who I cannot say enough about how she also made this process tolerable, even holding my hand during a rough emergency appointment. I will be trusting them will my care from now on. Thank you for making this difficult experience palatable.

I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience has been with Dallas Prosthodontics. From the very first visit, I felt welcomed and cared for as if I had been a long-time patient. What truly amazed me was that on my second visit, they still remembered my name—it shows how much they value their patients. Dr. Jackson treat me with genuine care, making every visit so much more comforting. It’s clear that she is passionate about what she does and truly care about her patients’ well-being. Dr. Jackson is the absolute best dentist! She cares about all her patients and thier outcomes. She is a perfectionist so she tries to make sure any work she does is perfect. I don't know about you, but I want a Dr. that is a perfectionist. She has done alot of work for me throughout the years and I keep going back because she does the best work. She also has a couple other dentists in the office that are pretty amazing also. Thank you Dr. Jackson for always doing the best work and thank you to all of the staff for all your hard work . :)

This review is long overdue. Let me tell you why Dallas Prosthodontics is THE place to go when you find yourself in need of dental work. For many years I suffered with tooth decay, constantly requiring fillings and crowns. Thousands of dollars spent over decades repairing teeth. Eventually, I was told my excessive decay was the result of an illness. In my late 40's, it got progressively worse. I ended up losing my teeth, a few at a time. Finally, I had to have my bottom teeth replaced. I chose a different Prosthodontist for the work, and have never been satisfied since. The whole experience was a nightmare. As I lost the top teeth and became restricted in my ability to eat and was very embarrassed, I researched a new Prosthodontist. I found Dr. Castellon. What a blessing it was, too! Dr. Castellon gave me hope without making false promises. He gave me the truth, but comforted me and assured me he would help in every way possible. He did. He and his staff helped me for years during the difficult times as my top teeth kept falling out and my bottom implant fell apart. He was always sensitive to my financial constraints and gave me options for every scenario. The gave alternate plans with different solutions to provide me with cost saving but reliable results. When I had an emergency, they went out of their way to help. The oral surgeons they work with were the absolute best and the teamwork between them was superior to any I've experienced. Anyone that loses teeth and faces the harsh reality of needing prosthetics will tell you how scary and painful it can be. I can't praise nearly enough how grateful I am that I was able to have Dr. Castellon and his team comfort me through it all and give me the best smile that gives me confidence and pride.
