I’ve had a great experience with Dental Made Easy on Caton Ave in Brooklyn! It’s clean and everyone is incredibly welcoming and friendly. As someone who spent years avoiding the dentist because I was scared, I highly recommend Dental Made Easy!

I had my wisdom teeth removed, it was painless. Thanks to doctor Roman. Receptionist nice and welcoming. The experience was quick and easy.

Dr moradi is terrible went for deep cleaning was in a lot of pain did not numb me. Was only there for 20 mins my teeth look same will not be returning stay away!

They were efficient in getting me in and out the door. The X-rays while uncomfortable the assistant was professional. The dentist was patient in answering any questions, and the cleaning was thorough. I left with full knowledge of next steps, and their costs seem to be reasonable for nyc. ****EDIT: unfortunately 10 months later my five star review would be negative stars if I could. **** Save yourself the money and the headache. I came in with an existing treatment plan for a specific filling issue, priced at $130 — the same fix, agreed on in advance. I got charged $250 instead, I came in a few months later but no heads-up, no explanation, no updated treatment plan, just handed a bigger bill after the fact when everything is done... That’s not how pricing is supposed to work, and it’s especially frustrating with good insurance that should’ve covered more of this. Then I sat in the chair for over an hour before anyone even touched me. An hour. For nothing. And the work itself? Two weeks later a piece of the filling has already broken off, the tooth is rough and unfinished-feeling, and the exact problem I came in to fix, food getting trapped, is worse than before I ever sat in that chair. Now I’m stuck finding time to get the same tooth fixed, hopefully not get over charged again, somewhere else, because I don’t trust them to touch it again. Honestly wish they’d just refund me for the lost time. Overcharged, made to wait, and left with worse dental work than I started with. Do not recommend.

Great experience from start to finish. Dr. Roman did my crown preparation and was so gentle that I could barely even feel the shaving process. He made the procedure comfortable and stress-free. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in. Samantha was especially helpful and took the time to answer my questions and make sure everything went smoothly. Excellent customer service all around.

The office has a great atmosphere, and you can tell the staff genuinely cares about helping their patients. Everyone was friendly, patient, and willing to assist. Great customer service all around.
