Dr moradi is terrible went for deep cleaning was in a lot of pain did not numb me. Was only there for 20 mins my teeth look same will not be returning stay away!

They were efficient in getting me in and out the door. The X-rays while uncomfortable the assistant was professional. The dentist was patient in answering any questions, and the cleaning was thorough. I left with full knowledge of next steps, and their costs seem to be reasonable for nyc. ****EDIT: unfortunately 10 months later my five star review would be negative stars if I could. **** Save yourself the money and the headache. I came in with an existing treatment plan for a specific filling issue, priced at $130 — the same fix, agreed on in advance. I got charged $250 instead, I came in a few months later but no heads-up, no explanation, no updated treatment plan, just handed a bigger bill after the fact when everything is done... That’s not how pricing is supposed to work, and it’s especially frustrating with good insurance that should’ve covered more of this. Then I sat in the chair for over an hour before anyone even touched me. An hour. For nothing. And the work itself? Two weeks later a piece of the filling has already broken off, the tooth is rough and unfinished-feeling, and the exact problem I came in to fix, food getting trapped, is worse than before I ever sat in that chair. Now I’m stuck finding time to get the same tooth fixed, hopefully not get over charged again, somewhere else, because I don’t trust them to touch it again. Honestly wish they’d just refund me for the lost time. Overcharged, made to wait, and left with worse dental work than I started with. Do not recommend.

Great experience from start to finish. Dr. Roman did my crown preparation and was so gentle that I could barely even feel the shaving process. He made the procedure comfortable and stress-free. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in. Samantha was especially helpful and took the time to answer my questions and make sure everything went smoothly. Excellent customer service all around.

I called the office with a few questions about what dental work I might need done, and Samantha was incredibly helpful. She was kind, professional, and took the time to explain things clearly so I could better understand my options. The office has a great atmosphere, and you can tell the staff genuinely cares about helping their patients. Everyone was friendly, patient, and willing to assist. Great customer service all around.

I've been dealing with tooth pain for some time and they were able to take me as a walk in and extract my wisdom tooth same day. I was nervous, but it was easy and pain free! I did not feel a thing. Everyone there is so kind. Thank you for helping me!!

Had a great experience with this team. Very approachable, professional, and courteous. Ryan went above and beyond to confirm if my insurance has their clinic in network - that really helped avoid unnecessary stress with coverage. Intake was smooth. Procedure was explained well. The freebies was an extra touch. Overall a great experience!

This was my first time here and everyone was so accommodating! Dr Hepburn broke everything down to me based on what I needed done and she was very informative and my root canal was painless . Samantha explained the treatment to me throughly and was able to get me to do a payment plan and she was very patient and kind and very convincing. Highly recommend found my new dental office

The staff is amazing and very reassuring. Love the aesthetic and the equipment in the examination room. My only qualm is that two of my fillings that were done by the dentist came out. She fixed one without issue, but another came out while I was on vacay. I’d still go back once I return to the states to see if I can update this review with a five star experience.

I got two extractions done and dr Hepburn was really sweet and although Im pregnant and thought I would be in a lot of pain I wasn't. Samantha was very nice from the time I called on the phone and down to the time I left. Office is clean and nice
