I am a new patient and today I had my first visit at this facility. The staff members were very kind, professional and very helpful. The doctor was kind as well and did a very great job with my tooth issue. Additionally, he answered all my questions clearly. Lastly, the clinic was clean and sanitized. This was a great first experience for me and I recommend the place for new clients.

I came to this practice in a genuine panic, with a chipped tooth, an imminent family wedding, and no time to spare. From the moment I explained my situation, Dr Brandon handled everything with remarkable calm and kindness. He understood exactly what was at stake for me personally, went well above and beyond what I could have expected, and made sure I walked out of that appointment feeling like myself again. I have genuinely never experienced care like it. The whole team were warm and efficient, and Dr Brandon in particular showed a level of human understanding that you rarely encounter in any medical setting, let alone in an emergency. I am so grateful, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist in New York who truly treats patients as people.

In the years my wife and I have been coming here for several years and have never had any bad experiences. Everyone has always been so kind, thorough, and friendly, and we've never had any issues with getting taken for appointments early or anything. Cannot recommend them enough!
