Dental365 - Park Slope

I have a horrible fear of the dentist and was treated with the utmost patience and respect and kindness my anxiety went from an awful breakdown and tears to feeling cared for and understood and treated with top notch patient care. Also, I can’t tell you how well the service is. My situation required emergency care due to my own delays and the equipment and people were top of the line.

My 15-year-old daughter needed to be seen quickly for gum inflammation, and this office made it easy from start to finish. The front desk team was very accommodating, and got us in the next day at a time that worked with our schedule. We waited no more than five minutes after arriving. Dr. Jennifer Michel was friendly and thorough, and she did a wonderful job putting my anxious teen at ease. That meant a lot to both of us. The office is immaculate and has the latest equipment. Using X-rays and an intraoral camera, Dr. Michel showed us exactly what was going on: thankfully nothing serious, just some extra gum tissue. She provided us through treatment options. One more thing worth mentioning: although they're out of network with our insurance, they submit the bill to your insurance first as a courtesy and then send you the settled invoice. It's a small touch that saves a lot of hassle. We came in as new patients during a stressful moment and left feeling reassured and well cared for. Highly recommend!

I can't believe I'm writing this but at this clinic I received the BEST dental care I have ever had, and I happened to have the good luck on a Weekend. The staff was professional, kind, and courteous, Dr.G is exceptionally skillful, and post op, I had No bleeding and slight pain for only one day. This is a Dental Clinic you should try especially in an Emergency.

The staff and team at Dental 365 were amazing! Camila met me first in the medical room to scan my teeth and was just so lovely. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease. And Dr. Golmakani was amazing! Her and her assistant Jack located the problem, explained my options and went in to prep my tooth for a crown. She was very charming and easy going especially because I have a fear of needles. Didn’t judge me about that which I appreciate. And the whole process went so smoothly I couldn’t even tell when they had finished. Definitely recommend Dental 365 for anyone needing to get their teeth checked. 10/10 will come back

I had a very good experience with 365Dentist in Park Slope. I rang up on a Sunday morning due to a minor emergency. The office staff member I spoke with was very helpful. The dentist was able to see me within 30 minutes of my phone call and fixed my problem quickly. They also did the opposite of up sell me and gave me great advice.

I walked in this morning in an excruciating pain and I know I needed an extraction. Rachel at the front desk was so incredibly kind. She reassured me that I will be taken care of and reached out to the Doctor to see if she can come in earlier to see me. Dr. Golmakani was so warm, pleasant and took such a great care of me. She explained everything in such a great detail and I felt so at ease. This is such an amazing, family oriented office that I highly recommend to anyone.
