I had a very good experience with 365Dentist in Park Slope. I rang up on a Sunday morning due to a minor emergency. The office staff member I spoke with was very helpful. The dentist was able to see me within 30 minutes of my phone call and fixed my problem quickly. They also did the opposite of up sell me and gave me great advice.
I walked in this morning in an excruciating pain and I know I needed an extraction. Rachel at the front desk was so incredibly kind. She reassured me that I will be taken care of and reached out to the Doctor to see if she can come in earlier to see me. Dr. Golmakani was so warm, pleasant and took such a great care of me. She explained everything in such a great detail and I felt so at ease. This is such an amazing, family oriented office that I highly recommend to anyone. Thank you so much Rachel for your incredible patience and helping me in such a heartfelt way this morning!
I was seen at this office back in 2024. I walked in this morning for an emergency appointment and was so happy to find Rachel is still at the front desk. Back in 2024, she was truly incredible in guiding me in every step of the way with the complex treatment plan and breakdown of what my insurance will cover and answered all the questions from start to finish. Dental365 in Park Slope is truly a gem with Rachel running the front desk the way she does. Today’s visit was hands down 10 out of 10! 10/10 experience. I don't have dental anxiety, but if you do, this is probably the place for you to go. Such a lovely curated group of people. They work well together. My visit was quick, efficient, comfortable, and I think it was the best damn teeth cleaning I have ever had. I’m so sad my dental insurance will be changing soon. PLEASE START TAKING BCBS!!!

A friendly office with an outwardly caring, supportive and educated staff. I went there with a very painful dental emergency. I am new to Brooklyn and I have a lifetime history of very low tolerance for dental pain. I found this office via an online search. Dr. McKenzie took care of me in a timely manner in my emergency visit, paying close attention to my pain levels. She was quick, thorough and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. I would, (and now already have!) highly recommend this dental practice! Being open on weekends is also a big bonus for those who have a M-F 9-5 day job!

Every time I walk in, she greets me with such kindness and an upbeat, welcoming personality that instantly puts me at ease. She’s incredibly patient, understanding, and always takes the time to explain things clearly and help in any way she can. Rachael goes above and beyond to make every visit smooth and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about the patients and loves what she does. She’s a real gem, and the office wouldn’t be the same without her. Highly recommend!
