Hands down, five stars for Dr. Elizabeth Pawlak and the team at Madison Orthodontics. Finding the right orthodontist for my daughter felt nearly impossible after her previous office was unwilling to work with her complex TMJ history. I spent so much time searching and consulting with multiple orthodontists who turned down her case because of the jaw complications. Dr. Pawlak was a breath of fresh air. She was recommended by our TMJ specialist, and from the first visit, it was clear she had the expertise the others lacked. Instead of traditional braces, she recommended Invisalign to better manage the forces on my daughter's jaw. She has been so knowledgeable and willing to work with lighter, less aggressive elastics specifically to accommodate her TMJ concerns. We are now midway through treatment, and even though we drive an hour out of town for appointments, I have total peace of mind. The treatment is going great—she’s only had minimal jaw discomfort once or twice, and the Invisalign pain when changing trays hasn’t been much. It is a world of difference compared to before. The office staff is friendly and helpful. It’s also refreshing to find a practice with such integrity; they clearly focus on patient care rather than gimmicks to get reviews. My daughter is genuinely happy to be a patient here and loves wearing her Madison Orthodontics sweater and t-shirt!

Dr. Pawlak is very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. Her staff is also friendly. I enjoy going to her office. I know I'm in good hands. Thank you Pawlak team!!

I became a patient of Dr. Pawlak when I was 10 years old. I had a great experience with braces. I remember Dr. Pawlak and her team making me feel comfortable and explaining the process. After braces, I had retainers that after a few years I stopped wearing. I recently went back to see Dr. Pawlak to have the movement corrected. She gave me options and we decided Invisalign was the best option for my treatment and for me financially. I'm now 25 and just completed Invisalign! I had another great experience! I will wear my retainers this time ;) I highly recommend Dr. Pawlak and her team. I get so many compliments on my teeth and I give Pawlak Orthodontics all the credit!
