You cannot find a better holistic/functional dentist! I have worked in the holistic world for over 10 years and I am so thankful I kept searching for the right place to go for some deep rooted issues. You are introduced to their deep knowledge, skill, attention to detail, and well explained breakdown without the pushy sales pitch. Every person I interacted with was warm, friendly, authentic and FUN. If you want superior care that at also leaves you feeling the warm and fuzzy of being seen, understood, and cared for…don’t wait. I will be sending clients I work with to Central Dentist. I’m excited for this health journey!!

I don’t usually file complaints, but feel compelled to share my experience from a recent visit, as it raises several concerns. This morning I brought my elderly mother in for an emergency appointment. I appreciate that your team was able to accommodate us on a short notice. However, upon arrival, we were informed she could not be seen because she didn’t have an ID. I explained that we had to rush to the appointment and had a copy of her passport with me. I had to get approval form the office manager after asking the front staff for the dentist. I needed immediate assistance for my mom and my entire family are patients at this office. Despite the initial issue, approval was received by the office manager to receive treatment, X-rays were taken and treatment was discussed. We were told that we would receive two estimates, one for dental implants and one for partial dentures after consultation. We proceeded to the front deal, paid for the emergency visit, and my mother was taken back to have a partial removed which was causing the pain. At this time, I was also informed that some additional charges had been left of the original payment that I already made and I needed to pay more. This is now the second time this has happened, during my last visit, I had “forgotten” charges as well. This pattern is u professional and creates black of trust in the billing process. After the procedure, we were brought back to the front office to review the treatment estimate. However, one one estimate was provided, and it was unclear and difficult to understand. When I asked for clarification with some charges. I was told, “this is the way the dentist does it”. The information was not broken down between the two options of treatment as promised. Instead, it was a combined in to a single, confusing estimate totaling over $22,000, the the staff member mentioned it could be more. When I asked for a copy of the estimate so I could discuss it with my family, I was told I would need to sign the estimate and agree with the questions listed on it. I was very surprised. To be clear, I have no complaints about the dentist or technicians. My main concern is the front office staff, who appeared misinformed, unprepared and lacking knowledge on how to handle customers. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this practice, nor will I recommend, nor will I recommended it to others.

I was referred to this dentist office by a naturopath doctor and have been a patient for about 6 months now. I’ve had a great experience and have been very impressed. The dentists are knowledgeable, professional and take the time to talk through any issues or questions that arise. The hygienists have been thorough and the back office is friendly and welcoming. I would recommend giving them a chance as I will continue to be a patient for the foreseeable future.

I have been a patient here for over a year and a half now and I cannot say one bad thing about this practice. The people here are amazing! They are kind and helpful and make you feel comfortable. I literally have a good time when I am there. Dr. Ombrello is so kind, caring and I think maybe she was a comedian in another life… just wanted to emphasize that she makes you feel comfortable … she is very knowledgeable on alternative options for dental care which I like. She saw my granddaughter today and gave my daughter and son-in-law other options besides tonsil and adenoid surgery, which was great news.
