I had a wonderful experience at Durham Dental Group. I called on a Saturday with a dental issue and they worked me in same day. Dr. Parekh not only addressed my issue, but made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the appointment. Liz was a wonderful assistant and treated me with such kindness. Lindsay was extremely helpful with scheduling. I highly recommend this office.

I’ve been a patient here since 2022, and the service has been consistently excellent. The receptionists are friendly, the billing process is smooth, and the dental work is always done with great care. My last dental procedure was no exception. Truly a reliable and professional dental office! Highly recommend!

These guys are great! This was my first experience with them after not going to a dentist for too long, I felt very well taken care of. Everyone’s wonderfully pleasant and took great care to make sure I understood every part of the process and was as comfortable as possible. Would highly recommend! Durham Dental Group has a great team! My hygienist was very skilled. The cleaning was done in a gentle, but thorough fashion that was absolutely pain free. Dr. P gave me a great exam, and offered a treatment plan for some crowns I’ll be scheduling soon. Melanie and Lindsey then submitted my treatment plan to my insurance carrier so we can schedule my crown preps. It’s easy to see that they enjoy their work. Who knew going to the dentist could be such fun!

I have had issues with numbing shots, including here. It is some sort of reaction. Nausea, sweats, "spinning" like im drunk. The dentist and staff here are great. They talk to me, give me time if I need it, keep detailed notes on my preferences. I know they are a business and they need to make money but it definitely feel like the patient is the first priority. I have been back (1yr+) and will continue to be back.

I swear I never in my 41 years of life met a dentist office that is so polite and friendly and can get the job done. This is the place I promise you that you won’t regret it. And they open on a Saturday. Yes. I had an appointment 4/25 for a crown they numbed me so good I couldn’t feel anything. And then the dentistry seen that I needed two fill in he did that too. I had two mens that worked on me. They both was marvelous. I’m from Greenville NC and when I say they make u feel so comfortable and at home. And they take Medicaid. So they get ever star for me. Thanks a lot.

I'm so glad I found them through Google & decided to read their website. As someone with dental anxiety, I must say, this is the only office that has made me feel at ease in 15yrs. I've been seeing Dr. Ali & he's amazing. He gave me a referral to help restore my dental health (the periodontist is even great). Let me talk about my cavities Dr. Ali filled. He was so gentle with my teeth & did a beautiful job. I love it here! Top tier treatment.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Durham Dental Group. My son recently had all four wisdom teeth removed by Dr. P. One of the teeth was impacted and growing horizontally, and it needed drilling, cutting, and stitching. Dr. P was amazing, highly skilled and thorough. I was so shocked that my son didn’t even need to take any pain relievers afterward. Assistant Yami was also wonderful and knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the entire procedure. The front desk gentleman was also incredibly kind. When my son threw up from a reaction to the triazolam, he gave me a box of tissues. It's much appreciated. The only small suggestion I'd make is to take the triazolam an hour before the appointment instead of 90 minutes, since the procedure took a bit longer due to the impacted tooth. But overall, everyone we encountered was so kind, comforting, and efficient. I highly recommend this office. They truly give great care from start to finish.
