I needed to find a new dentist after my insurance changed last year, and I’m very happy to have found FiDi Dental. Going to the dentist isn’t fun, but everyone here from my hygienist, Jerry, to Dr Yan, to the assistants and front desk staff, are extremely personable and really make coming here such a pleasant experience. Can’t recommend this practice highly enough.

Had an amazing cleaning service here, as well as a very comprehensive dental checkup. I cannot spell the hygienist's name but she did an amazing job at educating me on how to clean my teeth. Dr Yan also came in for a consult and explained a lot about my teeth. They did not push me to do anything, and were very helpful in explaining potential issues.

I initially had a good experience at FiDi Dental—the interior was clean, and the staff were really friendly and nice. However, I quickly realized this place is a scam. They recommended treatments, assuring us they were covered by our insurance, but we later received rejections from our insurance because these treatments were deemed unnecessary. They pushed for extra, expensive procedures like crowns and tooth repairs that other dentists said I didn't need. I went in for an Invisalign consultation, and they charged a $500 non-refundable fee for the initial consultation and tooth scan, which is typically free at other dental practices. It felt like they use this fee to trap customers, even though their service isn’t up to par. Plus, they rely solely on machine projections and ultimately said they couldn’t fix my unaligned teeth. They also mentioned that if the Invisalign treatment doesn’t fully correct your teeth in the first round, you’d have to pay several thousand more for an extension. Many other dentists provide a guarantee and don’t charge for such extensions. I’m relieved I found another place to continue my Invisalign treatment, although I’m frustrated about losing the initial $500. I’m glad I moved away from this place.

Arianna is amazing! She is very kind and made me feel very comfortable during my cleaning. I appreciate her for educating me on the health of my teeth and providing an excellent thorough job. She is very compassionate and empathetic. Dr. Yan is also great, and filling cavities were virtually painless. Everyone at the office including the front desk are very kind. The office and rooms are extremely beautiful and clean. I recommend everyone I know to come to Fidi Dental. I always look forward to coming here!

Natalia is the best dental hygienist ever! I always have a great experience when I see her. She's very gentle and kind. She has a great attitude and is very professional. She's awesome at her job and the way she deals with her patients. Thanks for the job well done!

The reviews are not lying!! This dental office is amazing ❤️ The front desk was so courteous and welcoming the second I walked in. Waited no less than 2 minutes to get seen by Natalia. Natalia took such excellent care of me and she has the sweetest personality. The cleaning went smoothly with absolutely no discomfort. Dr. Feldman came in for an exam and was so professional as well. This definitely did not feel like the typical scary dentist appointment, truly a great experience. They even provided a goody bag afterwards with a toothbrush, toothpaste and floss!

Dr Yan and all the staff are incredibly nice, friendly and very professional. The office is always clean and welcoming. I’ve been coming to this practice for years and I highly recommend them to anyone. Especially if you’ve had any bad experiences with dentist in the past. This practice will replace those experiences with great ones. From sweet and attentive Michelle at check in/out to the very BEST hygienist Natalia, (although all the hygienists are great) honestly everyone will make you feel comfortable and valued. The staff here will remember you and treat you accordingly. I would give 6stars if i could!👍🏽
