I’ve been going to Gramercy Smiles for ten years now and can’t imagine going to the dentist anywhere else. All the people who work there from the front desk to the hygienists to the dentists are genuinely kind and lovely. They do a great job of putting you at ease and communicate well every step of the way. I also appreciate how easy it is to make an appointment over text or email.

This review is long overdue! I've been a patient at Gramercy Smiles for nearly a decade. I was referred by my sister and then I became a loyal patient and then referred our other sister and then we referred all of our friends. This is the best dentist our family has ever gone to. They are so kind, clean, intentional, professional and we love that they are holistic. We actually have since moved out of state and still fly back in just to have dentistry work because they are THAT good, and we have started buying the same products they use during our visits. We've not been able to find a new dentist since we have relocated, so to us, it is still worth it to fly back to NYC for our annual appointments. Can't rave about them enough.

I had a routine cleaning done and a filling replaced. Good results, and appreciated that they explained the status of my gum health clearly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mats for over 15 years. My children grew up going to Gramercy Smiles. It is really a holistic experience with spa amenities. I have had major dental work done here and would only trust Dr. Mats and her colleagues. They are very empathetic and listen to how you feel and always try to make you feel comfortable. The hygienists are very knowledgeable and gentle. They give good advice and are supportive of your dental practice. The front desk and Shirley are very helpful with getting the insurance to pay for the work and help you navigate that process. They are great with following up on setting appointments and also making sure you are doing well after any type of major surgery. I highly recommend Gramercy Smiles and Dr.Mats will be my dentist for as long as I need dental care.

The staff is super friendly, they always explain what they are doing and are as gentle as possible. Love the team at Gramercy!

Dr. Khrystyna is the best! I truly appreciate her attention to detail, gentle approach, and skilled hands. The front desk staff are always pleasant and make the entire appointment process smooth and efficient. The dental assistants are also friendly, professional, and welcoming.
