My experience with Green Dental was a wonderful experience. I don't usually leave a review but I was so impressed with the service and courtesy. I have been there several times and have been met with two different doctors from this office. Dr, D and Dr. Jung. They are very knowledgeable as well as gentle. I recall the other staff members at this facility, Sandy was very helpful with assisting with arranging an affordable payment plan due to the fact I recently lost my dental insurance. Joyce was very warm and after business hours I was able to contact her in which she was very helpful, By the way this is the cleanest dentist office I have ever seen and there is never a long wait to be seated to see the dentist.
I have been going to Green Dental for a few years and find it to be an exemplary dental clinic all around! Sandy, who manages the office, is my hero and makes every visit welcoming, easy and a joy! Dr. Dalpizzol and Dr. Jung are super nice with great professional skill and knowledge. What I love is how the Doctors, Nurses and staff take the time to listen, explain and explore every option for every dental issue for their clients. I highly recommend Green Dental.
Dentist said I had to extract teeth, which was inaccurate and a blatant lie, which was confirmed by other dentists in the area. Nurse / Dental assistant was also very rude, aggressive, and was yelling throughout the procedures. The dentist himself was also very rude and smelled of cigarettes. Truly disgusting. The nurse also indicated that they take Guardian insurance when in fact the office is not contracted with Guardian, and I learned later on. To add to this, I was billed for procedures that never in fact took place. Would not recommend at all. This practice is awful and terrible. Would give them negative stars. They will be reported.
I recommend Green Dental to anyone that appreciates amazing dental work, not only do they specialize in cosmetic dentistry but also in oral surgery and teeth whitening. I must tell you that I was a little scared of going to the dentist but I knew that I wanted a beautiful smile. The staff and doctors at Green Dental made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The girls in the office are very friendly and knowledgeable about every procedure and also how my insurance works. I've recommended this office to all my friends and I'm very happy with my results.
