I love this dentist office so much that I keep coming back even out of pocket without insurance coverage!! The office is supremely clean at all times. The staff is very friendly, and always accommodating. They all genuinely care about you as a patient and a person. They are understanding, too, which I appreciate. They are one of the few offices that actually take the time and initiative to check and deeply understand your personal dental insurance coverage and how they can support you even when you may need or want services that would have to be out of pocket. They’ve even offered free X-Rays for me and they take scans often so they catch things early before heavier intervention is needed. I appreciate that a lot because I don’t like to wait for things to be bad to address them. Their hygienist is incredible, meticulous with the cleaning and great with sensitive teeth like mine. They are also very high tech. They’ve given me a few different options now that a far superior to the typical options, and they work every time. One time an antibacterial powder that let me successfully avoid a filling, and more recently a new Swiss system to catch and stop growth turning into a cavity. And it’s completely pain free unlike a filling! After many insurance changes and different services that I need that aren’t covered, I keep coming back here. Even now that I no longer live or work in SoHo, I make the trip because it’s more than worth it!

Been coming here many years. The office is clean and staff is great. They do a great job of giving you the information to make an informed decision. They’re always okay with answering any questions and are overall caring! It’s always calming in the office, and they have many amenities that make the visits so relaxing.

This place was once a family owned practice and, as stated in a past review, it’s now a private equity joke where you are coaxed into treatment you don’t need - like unnecessary filling replacements and out of pocket treatments. I used to go here from 2018-2020. Just returned in 2026 and it’s sadly nothing like it once was.

This company purposely and knowingly misleads customers on pricing. Their website advertises $135-300 for a cavity. In-office, it's $500 and they don't tell you til you're in a compromising position (but make sure to have you sign stuff mid-session). They told me via email "some cavities are more expensive, like molars." That's not how a range works. A range shows the full range of prices. Molars are 80%+ of cavities, so why would it not fall in the range? They are purposely misleading. Don't support this bs.

I got a very warm welcome into my first dental experience in the US. Olga, Steven, and Dr Janash were amazing in helping me feel safe in the cleaning of my plaques. They worked very efficiently throughout the painful process, and even took the time to educate me on the basics of teeth science. Would highly recommend a visit to anyone looking for a new dentist!

I thought the doctor & service was pretty good , but the exam room felt and looked pretty gross. Moldy ceiling tiles, it looked like the floor needed to be swept, it didn’t look fresh or updated like the waiting room did. The sink looked like it had previous spit/listerine in it from someone before me, or at least was stained. Mind you they open at 9 and I had a 9am appointment. The guy doing my X-rays was touching EVERYTHING including screens; drawers, doors, the remote, with gloves then putting those same gloves in my mouth. I know they’ll say it’s hygienic but the xray machine and everything else looked dirty and gross. I touched the remote myself which also felt gross. He could’ve changed his gloves. It just wasn’t up to my standards. If they know everyone has to look up… why would you have dirty ceiling tiles ?

First visit at Greene Street Dental and had the best visit! They were prompt, respectful, and communicative throughout the process. Olga was fantastic and made sure I was taken care of. Looking forward to my next visit!

I visited Greene Street for the first time and had absolutely the best dental office experience. The hygienist, Olga was extremely professional, efficient and careful and I really appreciated Dr. Kim’s conservative approach. I felt like I was in great hands with their team!
