I have now had two surgeries with Dr. Kaye and her team. I can’t speak highly enough about this group. They are all very kind, professional and explain everything throughout the process. First visit: Dr. Aline Kaye provided an exceptionally thorough and methodical periodontal consultation. The visit included a comprehensive periodontal examination, detailed review of radiographs, and advanced 3D imaging analysis (CBCT-based visualization) to assess bone levels, defect morphology, and site-specific prognosis. Dr. Kaye systematically reviewed each area on the computer, correlating clinical findings with imaging, and clearly explained the biologic basis of periodontal disease progression, attachment loss, and treatment rationale. She discussed prognosis on a tooth-by-tooth basis, including distinctions between maintainable, questionable, and non-restorable teeth, and emphasized staged, evidence-based treatment planning rather than procedural urgency. The consultation was diagnostic, analytical, and focused on long-term predictability. Treatment options, sequencing, and risks were presented clearly, allowing for informed decision-making. The level of time spent, attention to detail, and use of advanced imaging technology was exemplary. I would highly recommend Dr. Kaye to anyone seeking high-level, evidence-based periodontal care.

After practicing dentistry for 43 years, I was forced to retire due to automobile accidents. Dr Lynette Page recommended seeing Dr. Kaye, who is a renowned periodontist. I had personally referred patients who needed implants for damaged teeth when I was a practicing dentist. I showed up one hour early for my appointment, her staff is incredible, and enabled me to not feel too guilty for having to adjust their schedule. Every staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful to create time for me. I am now going to have an implant done by someone I trust to do an excellent job.
