Dr. Chu and the entire team, top notch. Explained everything to me. Took exceptional care and I am doing well after my procedure. Also, spacial shout out to Elis for all of the support prior to the procedure.

Dr. Reid spent nearly two hours with me. She was impeccably thorough, & evaluated the details of my situation with rigorous consideration. Four other dentists had recommended a lingual splint. All knew I have a serious nickel allergy. Only Dr. Reid put it together. Due to the allergy, a lingual splint (which contains nickel) would have caused catastrophic damage. Unlike the prior prosthodontist who only examined my bite with my head turned as far to the right as it can turn, sitting in the unnatural position of reclined dental chair, she examined my bite in every possible position. Head turned every which way, every angle up, down, left, and right, sitting, standing. She thought through the symptoms and issues, and offered a conservative, medically and scientifically sound treatment. She was respectful and honest. I recommend her very highly.

From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. Everyone was warm, friendly, and professional. The woman who took my X-rays was so calming, and Dr. Nord took the time to explain my dental situation and answer my questions. I left feeling informed and confident moving forward.

Left the office with a bright smile on my face .one unanswered question . My visit in 11/15 /23/ Was painless and very professional. Each visit is a blessing . Wonderful staff . No complaints , just so very happy to be part of this group as a client. My recent visit on 10/30/25 was better than I anticipated . All went well .

Sometimes it takes having your dentist retire to find another amazing dentist you love and trust. So grateful for Dr. Nord and his team. From the moment I enter his practice, I feel like an old friend. They know who I am, what I'm there for and handle everything from insurance questions to scheduling next steps.

After a long process to have my tooth replaced , Dr Gary North did the most amazing job ! I recommend his office , as they are fastidious , cordial and very clear in explaining their process! They are also conveniently located on the Upper East Side.

Every aspect of my visit was first rate, very professional and friendly, beginning with the young lady at the front desk and including my evaluation by your periodontist, Dr. Chu; the office was clean and welcoming. I wanted to share my experience as a former patient of this clinic. A few years ago, I was under the care of Dr. Monterosso, and I couldn’t have been happier—he was an outstanding dentist, and I always felt well taken care of. When the practice changed ownership and became Integrated Aesthetic Dentistry, I decided to stay with them since they already had my dental history and records. For the most part, I only visited for routine cleanings, with occasional X-rays and a mouth guard fitting. During my cleanings, I made a point to ask each time if everything looked okay and whether I had any cavities. I was always told that my teeth were in good shape and cavity-free. However, during a visit to Brazil around 2022, my longtime family dentist there discovered five cavities. He was very surprised, especially knowing how well I maintain my dental hygiene. This experience left me feeling disappointed and concerned, as I had trusted that my dental care in New York was being properly handled. While I understand that this may not reflect the entire clinic or every provider there, this experience made me lose confidence in continuing care at that location. Since then, I’ve found a new dentist and clinic where I feel reassured and happy with the care I’m receiving. I share this review not out of malice, but to offer honest feedback based on my personal experience. I hope it can help both the clinic and future patients.

You’re met with a smile at the front desk and then are clearly walked through procedures that will take place and the payment related to each procedure. The follow ups have been great and everyone at the office is clearly professional and kind. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and would recommend to others
