Just pay close attention to your payments if you go here. The payment system and communication seem very unorganized. I’m not a patient here myself, but I went with my friend, and I was honestly very confused by what happened at the front desk. The manager needed help from three employees just to figure out a payment amount and how to send a text to a patient. I was wondering how someone in a manager position could be so unsure about something as basic as a payment/ adding a number. My friend had actually received a call a few days ago regarding a September payment, but when we came in, they were suddenly discussing a payment from two months prior. If that payment was an issue, why wasn’t she informed about it during the phone call? It made no sense and caused unnecessary confusion.The front desk staff seemed unsure about what they were doing, and there was very little consistency in the information being given.The one person who really stood out was a very nice gentleman with dreads. He was professional, helpful, and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. He actually stepped in and helped the ladies at the front desk when they were struggling. I really he is a manager if not I hope he becomes a manager someday because he clearly knows how to handle the situation and help people.I wish I had gotten his name so I could give him the recognition he deserves. Thank you, sir, for being helpful and professional.As for everyone else, I would strongly recommend keeping track of your payments and asking questions so there are no surprises.

Everyone at StraightSet is super nice, and I genuinely look forward to my once a month check up. If you’re a grown up like me who needs to straighten your teeth, I highly recommend them. I’m also a NYC public school worker, and unlike a lot of orthodontists, StaightSet accepts my insurance.
This place really makes me feel confident about myself it helps me with my teeth makes them beautiful. This community is amazing everyone is close to each other and very nice. I love it.
