The team at Lynn Dental Care went above and beyond from start to finish. I sought out a 2nd opinion at Lynn Dental Care after some unfavorable behavior and attitude around an anaphylactic uncommon allergy at my previous dentist's office. Rachel was my first point of contact, and she immediately coordinated with Dr. Madeline regarding my allergy and assured me they could accommodate me. My consultation appt with Dr. Madeline was the most time I've ever spent in conversation with my dentist. She listened to my backstory about my allergy, the strict precautions I take for avoidance of my allergen, and she confirmed that we would have a solid plan in place for my procedure appt. During my procedure appt, she narrated each step and material used. Since this is a holistic dental care practice, I fully trusted that she would make the appropriate recommendation that best preserved my teeth. I was relieved when she confirmed that only a filling was needed, not a crown as my previous dentist had recommended. Dr. Madeline is top tier in dentistry, patient advocacy and customer service. This is one of THE absolute best Dentist offices in the country! The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and they personalize your experience from the door to the end of your process. They proactively map out your whole dental care journey and work with you in every case scenario. While the Drs and everyone are incredible at what they do, Autumn is a JEDI, and my cleansing specialist! She is thorough, communicative and utterly hilarious! Ask for her specifically for your next cleaning appointment! I found them because they are one in less than 10 offices that use GBT and the Airflow system is light years ahead of traditional cleaning and makes it a completely different experience. The office is also highly responsive and works with you and your schedule, responding in real time. I HIGHLY reccomend them as the last dentist office you will ever see!

I’ve had a great experience with Lynn Dental and highly recommend them. I go twice a year for cleanings, and every visit is quick, efficient, and completely stress-free. They are always on time, and I’m never left waiting, which I really appreciate. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, and they make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Their routine check-ups are thorough and give me confidence that my dental health is in great hands. Overall, they run an outstanding operation and truly provide five-star service every time.

I was very pleased with my last visit. My hygienist Autumn did a terrific job. She and Dr Madeline wanted more information on a homeopathic product we use on our teeth, so they are genuine about working in the patients' best interests. Rachel and the other front office staff are friendly and helpful, especially with insurance questions.

⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Dentist! We chose Lynn Dental Care because of their advertised holistic and natural approach, and we were very pleased with our experience. They were exceptionally kind and accommodating. Doctor Madeline and Hygienist Autumn clearly communicated all steps of the process, explaining details so we could incorporate holistic approaches to our dental care at home. Their assistants and receptionist were also very kind and friendly. I truly appreciate all of their efforts, and I was particularly impressed with their care of my children.

Highly recommend. Dr. Madeline took her time with my husband and I, listened to our concerns and supported us as we collaborated on a treatment plan. I really like how this clinic values full body wellness, and seeks more holistic and conservative approaches. It’s hard to be nervous or anxious when you feel like your dentist actually cares and doesn’t just want to poke, prod and send you on your way. If someone is more apprehensive to dental care, I’d highly recommend this clinic.

The staff and dentists at LDC are truly exceptional. I cracked a molar the night before and they were able to get me in the next morning for a cap. The procedure was the easiest I’ve had (I’ve had a few) and the quickest. At the same time I never felt rushed and the staff and dentist seeing me made sure I was comfortable and felt included in my care. I will definitely be coming here in the future for regular care.
