Madison Center for Dentistry

As someone with extreme high anxiety about dentists and doctors, I was looking for a dentist that I felt comfortable going to. Had a lot of work done yesterday and Dr Gilbertson, Natalie, and the rest of the staff were AMAZING! Painless, excellent bedside manner, and I left relieved to finally find a dentist I fell comfortable at. Thank you all!

Dental hygienist was very rude, her name was Erin. The front desk ladies were very nice. The dentist wasn’t even there.

I had an infection and need extractions, my regular dental office could not get me in for a month. Even with it being an emergency. I called Dr. Gilbertson and he got me in within 2 hours. It was the best experience I have ever had. Highly recommend .

Find another dentist. All about money!

My first appointment was yesterday and I had a great experience. I’ve only had one dentist my entire life and he recently retired so coming into a new office for the first time was very different. The receptionist was very polite and I was quickly into a chair before my scheduled time. My DH, Lauren is her name I believe was SO KIND to me. I had to get a thorough cleaning and she was constantly checking on my comfortability and explaining everything to ensure I understood. I didn’t need to see the dentist for long, but when Dr. Gilbertson came in and introduced himself in a very pleasant and professional way, I knew I had surely found my new home for my dental needs and I would recommend this practice to anyone in the area looking for a top of the line dentistry.

Best experience ever in dental care! The staff are very polite and professional, they are concerned about your needs and effectively work with you to deliver a great experience before, during and after the procedures. Dr. Gilbertson is a wonderful dentist, he is concerned about his patients and is very adamant about checking on how they are doing during and even after the procedures. I mostly appreciated the steady stream of inquiries the dentist made during my procedure regarding how i was feeling, and was really surprised by a follow up call i received later in the day from the dentist himself to make sure i was feeling okay and to answer any post procedure concerns i may have had. This was hands down the best overall experience i have ever had visiting a dentist and i believe everyone should leave with the same satisfaction and smile on their face (even if your mouth is still numb) after their appointments as i did!
