When you have to go anywhere and get a root canal your your thought is this is going to not be pleasant. I was nervous, but I kept it cool. Every member of the staff I interacted with was nothing short of fantastic. Especially the Doctor and his assistant. I did not feel one drop of pain and anytime I had to move or adjust they checked to make sure I was ok. I could not have asked for a better experience.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Genov. I've been to him multiple times. He is incredibly kind, thorough, and skilled. He clearly explains everything, and makes sure you understand your options. In this case, he determined that I didn't need a root canal. He contacted my dentist to make sure they could proceed without it. It would have been easy to recommend the procedure, but instead he put my best interests first. That level of integrity is rare and greatly appreciated. I left feeling grateful for his expertise, honesty, and patient-centered approach. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, caring endodontist.

Sharing my experience with Dr Kamen Genov. Been coming to him for years and cannot be happier with him and his team’s care, attention and outcomes of my needed procedures. They immediately put you at ease, and their facility and professionalism is tops while remaining highly personable. I highly recommend!

Dr Genov and his team are amazing, had a root canal and he was very gentle. 10/10 for the doctor and nurses. The front desk staff are another story, very aggressive and when dealing with people who are already vulnerable, they should be more kind and understanding and should learn how to communicate in a kinder way.

Awful experience. Receptionist was rude to me the minute I walked through the door. And when I wanted to call my insurance to verify that my out-of-pocket cost was correct because she was unable to explain it me and was unnecessarily combative. Not even a minute had passed as I was getting ready to call my insurance, the receptionist notified me that because I was ‘eating into my appointment time’ that I my visit would no longer be for a root canal and but only a consultation, mind you after I waited 30 mins for them. Just incredibly unfriendly and disrespectful!

10 out of 10. I was honestly very hesitant to see another dentist after visiting an emergency dentist four times in the span of two weeks, each time with less-than-positive experiences. My dental anxiety was at an all-time high. Dr. Genov, Katerina, and the entire office team far exceeded my expectations and truly went above and beyond. It is incredibly rare to find a doctor who is so invested in their patients that they give you their personal phone number and encourage you to text if you need anything. I sincerely hope you never need a root canal — let alone two — but if you do, this is absolutely the team you want. Gentle, kind, professional, and compassionate. Everything you could hope for in a medical provider.
