Dr. Genov thank you so much for your care and expertise, what a talented doctor! The office itself was amazing—clean, modern, and very well run, with a super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was especially impressed that I didn’t feel anything at all when I was given the numbing shot, which says a lot about Dr. Genov’s skill. Highly recommend Dr. Genov and the team at Murray Hill Endodontics.
10 out of 10. I was honestly very hesitant to see another dentist after visiting an emergency dentist four times in the span of two weeks, each time with less-than-positive experiences. My dental anxiety was at an all-time high. Dr. Genov, Katerina, and the entire office team far exceeded my expectations and truly went above and beyond. It is incredibly rare to find a doctor who is so invested in their patients that they give you their personal phone number and encourage you to text if you need anything. I sincerely hope you never need a root canal — let alone two — but if you do, this is absolutely the team you want. Gentle, kind, professional, and compassionate. Everything you could hope for in a medical provider.
A well run office, staff is patient and helpful. The dentists are excellent, so good at what they do and take time to explain what will be done. I have been treated here over many years and the quality of their work and their compassion remains high each time I have an appointment. The office is spotless and the music very soothing for what can be an anxious time when seeing a dentist. I highly recommend these dentists.
Awful experience. Receptionist was rude to me the minute I walked through the door. And when I wanted to call my insurance to verify that my out-of-pocket cost was correct because she was unable to explain it me and was unnecessarily combative. Not even a minute had passed as I was getting ready to call my insurance, the receptionist notified me that because I was ‘eating into my appointment time’ that I my visit would no longer be for a root canal and but only a consultation, mind you after I waited 30 mins for them. Just incredibly unfriendly and disrespectful!
Thank you Dr. Cagatay Erakin & entire staff for being so kind & compassionate, and for taking me in right away. I feel so much better already. This has been my second experience at this office and they are 5 star across the board. I appreciate you all.
