I needed a root canal quickly and am deathly afraid of dentists or endodontists. The office and the doctor were amazing!!!! They really took care and were so professional. They truly know what they are doing! Highly Recommend!!!

My teeth were bothering me since a little chewing accident when I was traveling in China in April. Everybody was focusing on the bottom half and did a few rounds of vitality test and X-rays, but non the wiser about what caused the discomfort and sensitivities. It was mostly come and go, so I just muddled through with occasional painkillers. On Monday night I woke up with acute pain and it was hell like during night. I toughed it through until Wednesday afternoon when it started hurting during the day. I am so glad I called Murray Hill Endo at that moment. They squeeze me in on the day and Dr. Nahaei examined me carefully and finally zeroed in on the culprit, a tooth in the upper half. She was very thorough and dedicated and stayed late to explain my situation and options to me. In particular, I really appreciate how clearly she demystified the vitality test. Finally it made sense to me and for the first time I understood what I should look for in such tests. They fit me in for an emergency appointment on Saturday afternoon. Dr. Nahaei did a beautiful job. Her assistant, (sorry I did not catch the name) was superb too. I honestly did not feel a thing, not even from the shots of anesthesia, (usually the worst part in my past experience). Every step was explained clearly to me. Despite her busy schedule, she let me and my manipulated jaw take a break during the procedure. Her post-op instructions were clear too. Now I am good as new:) A big thanks to Dr. Nahaei and the team at Murray Hill Endo, in particular, the receptionist and a very nice lady who took my images with poise and patience despite the late hour. It's such a treat to find a team of professionals who genuinely care about patients.

I went in for a root canal and it was completely painless. Dr Shin and her assistant Katie were excellent! They gently explained what each next step would be and constantly asked me if I was okay. I’ve had several root canals done at other practices, and can say without doubt that this was the easiest, least stressful one yet. From the receptionist to the x ray tech to Dr Shin and Katie, the entire staff was professional and courteous. Shoutout to Dr. Shin and her assistants. I was really anxious about my first root canal, but everyone here made it so painless and comfortable. Even the local anesthetic injection barely registered as a pinch. Dr Shin is so precise, efficient, and gentle. I had no swelling whatsoever after my root canal!

The staff are very nice and friendly, office is clean and cozy, Dr.yasaman Nahaei is the best endodontics, she is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, she kept me informed throughout the whole process, would highly recommend. Thanks

When you have to go anywhere and get a root canal your your thought is this is going to not be pleasant. I was nervous, but I kept it cool. Every member of the staff I interacted with was nothing short of fantastic. Especially the Doctor and his assistant. I did not feel one drop of pain and anytime I had to move or adjust they checked to make sure I was ok. I could not have asked for a better experience.
