I came for 1 implant. First initial consultation was amazing, I believe it was with Dr. Fisher. Great dentist, very patient, explained everything. 2nd appointment, when the procedure started, I've had another dentist. Honestly I don't remember his name. Also great experience. 3rd appointment I had suddenly another dentist Dr. Malhotra. And that's when I stopped being satisfied customer. Nobody consulted me about change of dentist (Later I've learned the original was not working there anymore), this one was barely talking and explaining steps of procedure. 4th appointment was when my implant was finally put in by Dr. Malhotra, and my crown on the implant was basically destroyed. It wasn't fitting properly and he just kept drilling to make it fit better and drilled hole in it and let me go, no mirror was given to me to see. At home I've noticed what happened, that from the drilling there was visible hole and also where the screw was, that was also barely patched and it was clearly visible. So I basically paid tons of money for tooth that looked to be having 2 huge cavities. I had to come back for review and new tooth had to be done. There was no acknowledgement about the mistake from his part. Just that I was not "satisfied". It took another 2 months to finally get new tooth, because there was also lots of rescheduling with him. Not to mention my crown started to wiggle after barely 5 weeks of having it. What I've also learned in a process of getting replacement, they actually made and gave me wrong crown!!!! They gave me PORCELAIN crown (that's why the drilling made huge ugly hole) instead of ZIRCONIA that I paid extra for! Zirconia crown is now fitting me much better even tho it looks to be bit smaller in a dimension, but I'm done and I hopefully don't have to come back. The only good thing about this place is the front staff. They are excellent (2 guys, and financial lady, I unfortunately don't remember their names)

Deep cleaning, fillings, my experience with them was amazing, very professional!

Bad communication skills. Was told 1 thing, which I'am paying$$$$ for now, and its not what i wanted. Annoyed!! Feeling defeated, now I have to pay extra of thousands of $$$ for the rightt implants 😭😭😭😭😰😭😭😭😭😱😱 30,000 for plastic that could last up 2-5years 😑 I would've waited to get the better material(Zirconia) Staff are nice!

The team at National Dental are very nice professionals and easy to communicate with. I have been having lots of issues with my gum it was constantly bleeding. My previous dentist never solved the problem. He keeps telling me I am brushing too hard. I decided to go to the National Dental on Kings Highway. I saw Dr Feiyi Guo she took x-rays and immediately identified the issues with my gum. I had lots of infection which had to be treated immediately. I am a kidney transplant patient, therefore I couldn’t continue with the bleeding gum. I decided to have implants and currently I am in the process of doing it. Dr Feiyi Guo is very professional, caring and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her to anyone who have dental issues or problems

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The surgeon is very kind and understood while he's doing the surgery he makes me feel confident. I'm recommended every one to visit this place and get your job done. You won't be disappointed.

IM SOOOOOO HAPPY I CAME HERE!!!! I found this place through a girl i used to date and she referred me here for my mom's dental work a few years back. Fast forward to about 12/13. I had 3 wisdom teeth that needed to GO!!! Iwent to a dentist in the city thru my union coverage. This man was a BUTCHER!! When I tell you he acted like he wrapped a chain around my tooth and yanked it to hell like he was driving a tow truck!?!?!? Mind you, im terrible with dental pain so after that, I was looking for someone to KNOCK ME OUT!! To take the 2 remaining teeth. The other teeth started to act up about two weeks ago and I end up coming here after taking my mom to a doc appt, which was not far from here. I came in and when I tell you, although I didnt get knocked out, they numbed me up really GOOD!!! I was still nervous as hell, cause I thought it was gonna prepare for the same action. I gor pass the needles and then came the pulling. NOWHERE near what I went thru from the BUTCHER!! They took their time and the first tooth, the top one came out with some pressure, but popped out without my drama, but I promise you the dentist that I went to in the city, he acted like a pure barbaric idiot!! Here, the process was so much easier. The second tooth, which was at the bottom was even easier, I almost didnt know it came out!! THAK YOU!! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!!! Now I need my union to cover my future visits here!! Well hopefully i wont have no other teeth to pull!!! But I highly recommend coming here!!! The secretary was so helpful and inviting as well!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

First Experience was wonderful, went with my daughter and was seen in no time 🥰. The staffs was amazing and professional. Will definitely keep going there. Thanks National Dental!
