Nicholson and Becht Orthodontics

I was there 6 years ago and still upset about my results. I ended up with gaps in my top teeth after 4 years of braces that weren't there before the braces and I feel like they never took accountability for dropping the ball with my teeth. From what I remember they pretty much just said that my teeth were "small" as if they shrunk since getting my braces and told me I could get bonding to fill in the spaces. It was pretty disappointing for me. It might have been a fluke, but I feel like they could have done more to make it right. But, I also wish I would have advocated for myself more in that situation.

Can’t speak for Dr. Becht but Badger and Spiller are completely incompetent. When under their previous office of “Badger and Spiller” in Clarksville, Indiana after completion of my treatment I complained about my bite not feeling right. They told me I was “over reacting” and that I was “too much of a perfectionist”, that “everything was fine”. So I go to my dentist after my braces were off and my dentist immediately recognizes I have a cross bite. Been living with it for almost 20 years and it’s been devastating to my teeth. It’s forced me to get several crowns due to unexpected wear on my teeth. I’m now able to afford to go to another orthodontist to fix the damage these charlatans have caused. I’m posting a photo and from it, you can see how my bottom teeth on one side overlap my top teeth. The top should overlap the bottom. When I clinch down, my bottom jaw has to shift to my left for them to fit together. They have the appearance of looking aligned when clinching but it’s uncomfortable. Other issues such as biting my cheek happens occasionally too. I’m sure there are a few people who have had good results over the years but as they say “even a broken clock is right twice a day”. Don’t trust your teeth to these people! Take your time and do your research.

My son's teeth are looking great and straight! They take special care with each visit, and are always friendly and helpful with questions regarding treatment, insurance, etc. I wore braces years ago, and my teeth had shifted since, so i consulted with Dr. Nicholson, and he gave me a few options. I ended up getting a retainer instead of the invisalign, and I am very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend their services for any orthodontic treatments needed at any age.

As a "mature" patient getting braces for the first time, I can't be more happy with the choice I made to go to Nicholson and Becht. The Doctors and Staff at the Clarksville office are absolutely fantastic. My teenage son and I started this adventure together and I can't imagine going anywhere else. We've had all of our questions answered, they have taken the time to explain why things are happening and what the plans are. They take the time to make you feel comfortable knowing the steps they are taking. I can't wait for the end result to see what magic they have performed with our teeth!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone!!

My son got his braces here in Madison several years ago. I still remember how patient the staff was with him. He had to wear the head gear and at times his mouth was just so sore but the staff was always helpful. My nephew also had his orthodontic care done here in Madison. I would definitely recommend this group of Dr's and their staff.

I have had 3 sets of braces and a false tooth. Dr. Badger, Spiller, Nicholson, and staff were wonderful through out the whole process. I have had all 5 siblings, one parent, and several close friends receive services and do not have any complaints! This is the absolute best place to go if you are needing orthodontic services.

My daughter has had braces for over 2 years with Badger Spiller & Nicholson. They have been great in all aspects. Very accommodating, quick and helpful in every way. She has seen all three Dr.'s and they have been very informative on her progress. The staff at the Madison & Scottsburg location have great customer service. They really go out of their way to make everyone feel at at ease. I would recommend them to anyone.
