Dr. Navid and Cande were absolutely exceptional. I had to go in for a root canal, and the whole process was seamless. Everything was explained thoroughly, from the procedure itself, to showing the results, and going over aftercare. I required more anesthesia because of how inflamed the nerve was, and they made sure to take their time until I was finally numb enough to proceed. I appreciated that Dr. Navid would also provide updates, saying things like we just finished this root, or about this much time left, etc. I cannot recommend them enough!

I was terrified of getting a root canal as I’ve had bad experiences before with other dentists for just routine visits. But the office staff and endodontist were so compassionate and easy going. They made you feel safe and explained every step of the way. He explained every thing he was doing step by step. I hope to never have to have another root canal but if I do - this is where I would get treated.
I had a great experience! Dr. Khalighinejad was very kind, patient, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. He really took his time to make sure I wasn’t feeling any pain and explained everything along the way. I really appreciated how much he cared about my comfort. Getting a root canal is stressful, but he made the whole experience much easier than I expected. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a root canal!
I was very pleased with my visit to North Dallas Endodontics this week. Everyone was gracious and kind. I appreciate that Dr. Navid kept me informed about what he was doing in my mouth. The practice is “in network”, so my insurance covered most of the fee, another plus! Overall, a very positive experience! I would not hesitate to return. It helps to know that there is a bank on the first floor. You must walk past it and take the elevator to the 10th floor. I had no idea, and the building directory is not obvious.
I had a great experience with Dr. Navid at North Dallas Endodontics. I was in a tremendous amount of pain from an infected tooth, and they were able to get me in quickly. Dr. Navid did an excellent job explaining what was going on and taking care of the problem, and the relief afterward was incredible. He even personally followed up afterward to see how I was doing. Professional, compassionate, and genuinely cares about his patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Navid and North Dallas Endodontics!

Dr. Navid and Cande were so efficient and kind. I highly recommend them to anyone needing root canal. Edit: was overcharged $ 184 when my copay was supposed to be $67 and they said I have to wait 6 to 9 weeks for my money back so updating my review
Dr. Navid Khalighinejad D.D.S., is tops in Endodontics, I am so grateful for his expert care & referral to him. I was in great care & am 100 percent better now. I appreciate his works & great staff.
It’s hard to believe a root canal could be a positive experience but this one was! Dr. Navid and his assistant were so kind and caring, talking me through the entire procedure. It was relatively complex, involving a severe infection and three nerves in a large molar, but I was in the chair only an hour and left pain free. If you are in need of a root canal or other endodontic work, I highly recommend North Dallas Endodontics and Dr. Navid.
