As someone who is new to Dallas, I was a little nervous about visiting a dental office I had never been to before, especially because I was dealing with a dental emergency. My crown fell out while I was at dinner, and I was leaving town in just a few days, so I needed help ASAP! I was able to book an appointment in the middle of the night just a few days ago, and they got me in right away. From the moment I arrived, everyone was so kind, welcoming, and caring. They were able to make me a brand-new crown the very same day, and I could not be happier with the results! The color match was perfect, the fit is perfect, and the entire process was handled with so much care and attention to detail. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of before my trip. I also had a cleaning with Ashley, who was absolutely wonderful! She was so gentle with my teeth and made the experience comfortable from start to finish. My teeth feel amazing, everything is clean and sparkly, and I left feeling so grateful that I found this office. They exceeded my expectations in every way, and what could have been a stressful experience turned into such a positive one. If you’re looking for a dental office that genuinely cares about its patients, I cannot recommend them enough! I will absolutely be returning for all my future dental needs. Great staff, timely, very informative and friendly. I came in to get a cleaning but was a few months early for my next one. The staff was more than accommodating with helping me get started on Invisalign without a reschedule.

I had a great experience at OakHeights! The staff was amazing and made me feel very comfortable, probably the most comfortable that I’ve felt at any dental office. Nemo was very welcoming! I took my daughter here, and she loved it. Natalie, Nancy, Ashly, Dr. Medina, and Dr. Marneni were all so sweet and welcoming to her. She asked to go back immediately after leaving! Thank you for being through, and your patience!

Great relaxing atmosphere, very attentive, and with great customer service. The technology they have in use was awesome. Dr. Burkrt was extremely friendly and professional as she spoke with me about my past bad experience with dentist and assured me that everything would be okay under her care which it was. She got striaght to the point and took care of business as expected. Amber Robles my Xray tech was very personable and did a great job, made sure I was comfortable during my Xrays. Ashley handled my teeth cleaning and was also personable and handled her business while making sure I was comfortable. Its been a while since I seen a dentist so this experience change my out look for the future. Great place and staff definitely recommended coming here.

My first visit to the dentist in over a decade, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The office was exceptionally clean, modern, and comfortable. The hospitality and attentiveness from Amber, Ashley, Natalie, and Dr. B were unmatched and made the entire visit seamless. I found their pricing to be competitive, and they were willing to work with me to find the best option. I’ll definitely be returning for future visits. As a nice bonus, they send you home with a gift bag full of useful items. They even let me put YouTube on the TV while they worked on my teeth, which made the appointment even more relaxing.

I had an appointment here at 1:20pm as a new patient. They took me back promptly, but after scanning and doing x-rays on my teeth, I sat in the chair for a whole hour before the dentist came to talk to me about my x-rays. I could literally see people driving in, coming back, and driving off as I was just sitting there waiting. The actual consultation was quick (which was expected), but why did it take an hour just for her to talk to me for 7 minutes and bang on my tooth? I am pretty sure they forgot about me as the dentist did not come speak to me until there was pretty much no one left in the office but me. They were also supposed to call me the following business day to schedule me with their referred endodontist. It's been three weeks and never heard anything. I was not impressed. This whole appointment took just over 2 hours, and I sat and waited for one of those. Complete waste of time. Going to a different dentist. They did call me a day or two after I posted this review to basically confront me about it lol but not to schedule me with the endodontist. Which according to two other dentists, I didn’t even need, so the consult I got here was not accurate either.
