Dr Finn removed a back tooth on the right lower side of my mouth. The procedure was very painless and quick. I had no swelling and very little discomfort following the extraction.
Gentle, thorough, professional and very nice.
Everyone in the practice is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Have always had a good experience there and I highly recommend Dr. Finn and his group.
Customer service is great. Nurses were very sweet. Dr Dingwerth was great! He explained everything to us and even called to check in on my daughter after the procedure. Will definitely use this same clinic for any future procedures.
From the initial consultation to the actual procedure, the OSANT folks provided professional, thorough, and competent service! Although I was lucky to sail through both the actual surgery, and the post op recovery process, the team had prepared me for possible scenarios, including pain regulation and complications. I even received a call the evening of the procedure. I appreciate the care, reassurance, and accessibility for my dental surgery! I was in good hands the whole time!
I had a stressful experience with this office that I think others should be aware of. I went in for a planned extraction of all four wisdom teeth with Dr. Finn on 03/20/26, and I later realized that one of the molars that was supposed to be removed was completely missed. It’s important to keep in mind that I was told, and paid for, all four teeth to be removed, and when I left after my surgery, I was under the impression that all of them had been extracted. I went in for a follow-up appointment on 04/21 to confirm my concerns, and unfortunately, I was right. Because of this mistake, I had to schedule a second procedure to remove the missed molar that should have been handled during the original visit. For my first procedure, I was put completely under anesthesia. For the second procedure, I was given the option to either go fully under again or do local anesthetic. I chose local because my body had already gone through a lot after being put under the first time. What was mentioned to me was that since I would not be going fully under, I could return to work afterward. However, after actually going through the second procedure, there was no realistic way I could have returned to work. To their credit, they offered a refund for the copay of my missed extraction, which was $112, and I did not have to pay for the second procedure. The office staff I communicated with, Connie and Netti, were incredibly kind and empathetic throughout this process, and I truly appreciate how they communicated with me. It felt like they were doing their best to support me, but that the way this situation was handled was more of an operational or systemic decision outside of their control. I communicated multiple times that I was seeking some form of compensation for the wages I lost due to having to take another full day off work from both my day and evening jobs. After those conversations, they ultimately decided not to provide any additional compensation beyond the refunded copay. While I understand there may be limitations on what they can offer, it was disappointing that no responsibility was taken for the financial impact this situation caused. The response leaned on what is “technically or medically possible,” such as being able to return to work the same day, but that did not reflect my actual experience. After my second procedure, once the numbness wore off, the pain significantly increased, and while the prescribed medication helped, it also made me drowsy and unable to safely or realistically return to work. This made the response feel dismissive of the real-world impact their mistake had on me. I also want to add that writing this review puts me in an uncomfortable position because I do not normally like to leave reviews like this. However, I felt it was important to share my experience honestly because it is painful when you try to advocate for yourself and feel like you are not being heard. I do want to be very clear that I am not questioning the quality of care or the skill of Dr. Finn or his team. Aside from the missed tooth, both procedures went smoothly and my recoveries were overall positive. The second recovery was more painful for me, though I understand healing can vary from person to person. My intention is not to suggest that the surgeries were performed poorly, because they were not. This review is simply to share the full experience, including the reality of going through a second surgery and recovery process, which was both physically and logistically challenging. Mistakes can happen, and I understand we are all human, but how they are handled matters. In this case, I’m left dealing with the inconvenience and financial impact of something that should have been done correctly the first time. I would recommend confirming all details very carefully before and after your procedure.
I’ve now had two surgeries here for a canine expose and bond, and I truly can’t say enough great things about this office and Dr. Dingwerth. The staff is consistently so sweet, welcoming, and professional. They make what could be a stressful experience feel comfortable and smooth. Dr. Dingwerth also follows up after surgery, which I really appreciate. It shows he genuinely cares about his patients and their recovery. Overall, just great people and a great place. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Dingwerth and his team to anyone needing surgery!

Dr. Dingwerth and the staff of OSANT were so kind, caring, professional, conscientious, and well-organized, and they did a great job removing my son's wisdom teeth. They answered all of our questions patiently and even called to check on my son after he was home from the procedure. Thanks to their care, my son did very well and did not have a single problem in his recovery. In anddition, the office was pleasant, clean, and welcoming. I would highly recommend Dr. Dingwerth and OSANT.
