About Orthodontic Experts Madison
Orthodontic Experts of Madison is at 1710 Eagan Road in northeast Madison — in the northeast residential corridor, accessible from the surrounding northeast Madison, Burke, and Sun Prairie-adjacent communities. The practice operates as part of the Orthodontic Experts multi-location group, which also operates at Beaver Dam and additional Wisconsin locations, bringing specialist orthodontic treatment to the northeast Madison community.
Gold braces are listed alongside traditional metal braces — a specific appliance option not available at all orthodontic practices. Gold brackets provide a cosmetic alternative to standard stainless steel that some patients prefer for its distinctive appearance or personal significance. For Madison patients who accept fixed appliance orthodontics but want an esthetic differentiation from standard silver metal brackets, gold provides that option without the full price premium of ceramic clear bracket systems.
The practice describes specific bite correction capabilities: underbite management — Class III malocclusion where the lower jaw protrudes beyond the upper dental arch — overbite correction for deep bite cases where the upper incisors excessively overlap the lower, and crowding correction for dental arch cases where insufficient arch space has caused overlapping tooth positions. These three presentations cover the majority of the orthodontic correction demand in the northeast Madison patient population.
Invisalign alongside traditional and gold braces provides the full bracket-and-aligner option range for the Madison orthodontic patient population — including adults who want anterior alignment correction without any visible fixed appliance. General dentistry is listed alongside the orthodontic scope, supporting the interdisciplinary coordination between orthodontic correction and restorative treatment planning.
For northeast Madison, Burke, and Sun Prairie-adjacent patients on Eagan Road who want orthodontic treatment including traditional braces, gold braces, and Invisalign for underbite, overbite, and crowding correction, Orthodontic Experts Madison's 1710 Eagan Road address provides that combination.

We have had such a great experience here. Everyone is so nice!
Amazing service and friendly staff! Miguel was so great! Explains everything great for my 8 year old!
Great customer service
Cindy and the staff are overly generous. They provide such great promising care. The results are amazing. If when in doubt a family is going through anything in life, you can count on the orthodontics expert to work with you and see you through the end of your treatment. The rates are lower than other places and the team are extremely friendly. With flexible affordable treatment, I’m able to complete my treatment with exceptional results and start my children’s treatment. Thank you Cindy and The Orthodontics Team!!! Trisha P.
The customer service is wonderful. The staff is caring and knowledgeable. The office is kept clean. Each patient is treated with care and attention to detail.
The staff were very friendly and professional. Especially the young lady Maria at the front desk. She made the process of checking in very simple and fast.
Edea was amazing she took her time and made sure I felt comfortable and went over my treatment in great detail which I appreciate.
Doctors and staff were very helpful through our journey. Things look great and we are happy with their service. Having a central communication hub was tough at times when it was hard to talk to our office. Other than that things were good.
Had a great experience working with the staff here. Everyone was very helpful and friendly from the front desk to the doctors. They made the whole process very easy to deal with and understand. Anette was one of a kind and is great at getting a smile out of you! I would highly recommend Orthodontic Experts to anyone who is looking into braces for themselves or their child. Thank me later. 😊
0 Stars. Waste of time. Do not trust your or your children’s teeth with these people. They have no clue what they are doing, and apparently no idea how insurance works. I am an adult needing braces out of medical necessity to restore function and prevent further damage, so in order for me to submit an appeal to my insurance company, the doctor’s pre-authorization needs to be properly coded and submitted to the insurance, so the insurance can deny and I can appeal it. This takes time, first off. And this is common knowledge in the dental industry. These medical professionals here told me my dentists needed to decide which teeth to extract to make room to correct that requires the ORTHODONTIST’S assessment in order to determine an actual treatment plan so the wrong tooth doesn’t get pulled! They didn’t discuss any plan with me or tell me anything else. They just took scans and sent me on my way with a scheduled follow-up phone appointment the following week. The next week, on the day of, I get a missed call and voicemail from them at 7:30 in the morning to “check in.” Thankfully I have my phone reasonably silenced until 9AM, so I didn’t get woken up. I chose not to return the call because they had already scheduled a 2PM call with me that day. They called me FIFTEEN minutes early. No respect for patient’s time. And then they dumbly asked me if I’d submitted the appeal to the insurance company. I said I could not submit an appeal until the doctor submits the orders, BECAUSE THERE HAS TO BE PAPERWORK IN ORDER FOR THE INSURANCE TO REVIEW IT. AGAIN, COMMON PRACTICE! I was told I would “receive something in the mail,” and the person I spoke with seemed ignorant on what I was explaining to her. I finally called back days later, after AS EXPECTED, I did not receive anything (because NEWSFLASH: the doctor didn’t SEND anything). I had to explain in detail why they need to submit the preauthorization so I CAN appeal. After wasting two weeks, a visit, and two phone calls of time, I finally get told that submitting adult orthodontia authorizations to insurance companies isn’t something they do because “the insurance won’t cover it.” EXCUSE ME: insurance CAN review adult cases if documentation of medical necessity can be submitted. I have THREE YEARS of dental records and TWO dentists stating that braces are medically necessary to restore function and prevent further damage to my teeth. Their utterly incompetent clinic just WONT submit it because they don’t want to deal with the paperwork. Do NOT recommend. Poor patient service, unprofessional, and ignorant.
