Dr. Reid did an extraction for me and it could not have been smoother. She and her assistant were extremely patient and seemingly unflappable. While it went as smoothly as one could hope for, I do hope not to need their services again any time soon.

My dental experiences with Dr. Phillips and staff goes beyond a five star rating! He is very knowledgeable and I trust him to the fullest. He and the staff makes one feel calm, assured, and his post opt checking is always a given. I really appreciate such good treatment.

Walk-in referral two weeks ago. Examined by DDS (Dr Rachel Reid) - and scheduled for tooth extraction after I returned from vacation. Call back the next day for some additional information and spoke to a different staff person who knew all about me - just having offered my name. I include that because everyone in the office seemed well informed about me and my appointment. Extraction done yesterday and completed within about one hour. I was fully informed about what was going on the follow up, etc. Dr Reid called me in the evening to check on me and I was happy to report all was proceeding well. Have follow up in two weeks. This was an overall very good experience and I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Love the care and attention from Dr. Phillip’s and staff. He is the go to for our family every time we need it. Highly recommend. We are very thankful for his excellent service.

Over a few visits, I’ve had extractions, bone grafts and implants done. Every visit from staff to Dr Phillips to dental procedures has been exceptional. They explain everything and always want to know if there are any questions or concerns from my side. After the procedures, I even received calls in the late afternoon, early evening, to inquire how I was doing and feeling. Highly recommend Dr Phillips!

I had two wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Reid yesterday. I have experienced no pain so far. Dr. Reid, the other medical personnel, and the office staff answered all of my questions prior to the procedure. They also carefully explained post-op instructions to my caretaker and me. The practice gives pre-op and post-op instructions in video, written and verbal formats. I highly recommend Dr. Reid for wisdom tooth removal.
