I think I'm done with this place, honestly. The hygienists are all really great, but the dentists (a new one every time I visit!) invariably try to get me to agree on the spot to some extremely expensive evaluation or treatment that isn't covered by insurance. It's always something different, too. Like if the $700 TMJ evaluation(!) was so important last time, why was the pitch on the following visit something different, and again on the next? Literally every single cleaning, the receptionist comes in with a cost sheet for something that costs $200+ that they want me to agree to on the spot. Even if I turn it down, they still want me to sign to show that I “understand the costs,” which is so sketchy - why in the world would I sign an invoice for a service I’m declining? (And as others have mentioned, they repeatedly try to get you to do the fluoride for an additional fee even if you decline it on intake.) Like I said at the top, the hygienists here are amazing, really the best I’ve had anywhere. They’re knowledgeable and honest and the cleanings are always pain-free. It’s the dentists and receptionist who are the salespeople. It’s just weird, and I’d rather go somewhere where I feel like I can escape a single visit without being upsold to the tune of hundreds of dollars. This kind of behavior does lose them customers. I decided to do clear aligner treatment with a different practice even though the price there was a little higher, just because I had so little trust that Park Dentistry would let me get through that treatment without spending a grand or two on add-ons. I stuck with them for my cleanings because they really do know their stuff, but at this point, I’m just done.

Loved using the rhinomanometer! Dr Milito is so knowledgeable! Learned a lot and her and her staff are so nice and friendly. 100% recommend

I definitely do agree with all the complaints that’s others are making every time I go there I’m spending about 1k out of pocket last time I went I literally have to spend more money then I make to fix my teeth I feel like it’s ridiculous and unfair they are always suggesting something unnecessary for my teeth for an extra cost after I get my teeth fix I don’t think I’ll, be returning back because every single time I have to keep paying an arm and a leg and I can’t afford. Plus I have to pay first before I can get my teeth fixed which makes no sense to me

I came in for a new patient exam and the dentist and technician were great at explained each of the diagnostics and making sure I was comfortable throughout the process

My family found Park Dentistry to be above and beyond what we expected! The entire staff gives off family vibes and the services/technology were top notch! The office was pristine clean and the team members were all patient and clear in their communications. You should switch to this dentist office right away if you’re not getting that kind of service!

I had MARPE done at Park dentistry with Dr. Milito and it was very smooth and 100% effective the staff was very professional and made the process very easy. MARPE made a huge change for me and I recommend it Dr.Milito is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Her assistants are all great as well

I’ve lived in NYC for six years, and Dr. Sophia Milito is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever had. She is incredibly detail-oriented, thorough, and knowledgeable, and it’s clear how much she genuinely cares about her patients. Every visit, she takes the time to explain everything, answer my questions, and make sure I feel comfortable. The entire team is so kind, welcoming, and professional. They always make me feel at ease, and the level of patient care I’ve received here is truly unmatched. I also really appreciate that they don’t just treat my dental concerns, they provide thoughtful tips and personalized recommendations that have genuinely improved my dental health in both the short and long term. Can’t recommend Dr. Milito and her team highly enough. Thank you for always going above and beyond!

The front desk staff are fantastic but Park Dentistry was overly pushy with airway/sleep consultation work. They made it nearly impossible to get my records for an insurance claim and it feels like they are just looking to make as much money off of you as possible. Look elsewhere and avoid the administrative headache

I really wanted to like this place since it’s so convenient, but sadly I don’t find them trustworthy. The front desk staff was really welcoming and the dental assistant was kind and knowledgeable, but my experience with the dentist completely overshadowed that. During my cleaning, the dentist repeatedly tried to upsell me on an expensive mouth guard, bringing it up more than five times even after I clearly said I needed time to think about it. This made me really uncomfortable around her and top of that, I was told at check-in that fluoride would cost extra if I opted for it, but after my cleaning, the dentist said, “I’m doing fluoride,” in a way that didn’t give me a choice. When I declined and said I’d skip it, she responded with “Are you serious?” and rolled her eyes at me. I ultimately didn’t feel treated like a patient here, more like a source of cash

I'm so happy with Park Dentistry. They were so nice and so supportive. They took their time to explain everything to me. I had been missing two front teeth and I was so embarrassed. Yesterday they put in two temporaries and my teeth have never looked so good!! I kept putting off going to the dentist but I'm so glad I found Park Dentistry and Dr. Milito. I highly recommend them!
