The hygienist Ashley did a fantastic job with my cleaning and was being friendly and professional the entire time. The front desk Lauren on the other hand was rude and impatient when I called them. She kept interrupting me and putting me on hold to deal with other requests. She also promised me to receive a quote the same day but it only happened after I called in for followup before the operation. It was Sarah who, I believe, I ended up being transferred to and went through the situation with me calmly to help me out.

I’ve been coming to Park South Dentistry for almost 3 years. Olga is the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had. She’s sweet, kind, and efficient. My cleanings are fast and she always makes me feel comfortable. I’m so grateful!

HORRIBLE. Never go here. They are professional in deceiving patients with loopholes in super complicated insurance policy. If you book here thinking that it's in your network, they will 100% schedule an out of network provider and charge you crazy amount of bill. THIS IS A REAL STORY, which never happened to me in my whole life but happened twice here.

Terrible office staff.

My experience with Park South has so far been nothing short of amazing . Everyone in the office is so lovely and personable. I especially love the way Dr. Lustbader talks you through a procedure in a calm, gentle and relaxing manner. Definitely recommend.

I would recommend Park South Dentistry to anyone! They are so personable & really want to see the health of their clients improve. So helpful with insurance questions (coming from a young person just starting to deal with insurance on their own lol). I feel like I’m going to see a family friend every time I have a visit. They’re awesome, and I hope they are around for a long time, if not forever.

I can’t say enough about Park South Dentistry! The two amazing receptionists Patricia & Shanice treat me like family every time I visit. They are warm, welcoming, and always go above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The level of care and kindness they show is truly exceptional, and I feel so comfortable from the moment I walk in. If you need a gentle, considerate, kind, extremely professional doctor who you feel truly cares about you and your well-being, look for Dr. Marina Rodriguez. Her hands are like silk... I felt a little dizzy, I'm experiencing menopause symptoms and I get dizzy easily. She was so kind, when she finished the dental procedure, she waited for me to feel better, then she took me by the hand to the reception, making sure I was okay. She then left the office very frequently and asked me if I was feeling better... she gave me water and after a few minutes she came back out again and again; Then she went with her own hands and brought me fruits... I asked myself: Is this real? Thank you doctor for making coming to the dentist one of the best experiences and I wish that many more people seek to be treated by the best dentist that in my opinion exists! You are excellent and a great human being... Park South Dentistry is very blessed to have your services, this place knows what it is doing and knows very well how to choose its staff.
