About Prism Health North Texas Dental Care
Based on Gaston Avenue in the Old East Dallas area of Dallas, Texas, Prism Health North Texas Dental Care is a dental practice serving the area. Dentures replace some or all of the natural teeth in a jaw with a removable appliance, custom-fitted to the mouth. A full denture replaces every tooth; a partial fills gaps where some natural teeth remain. Because the jaw bone reshapes over time, dentures typically need adjusting or remaking periodically.
A first appointment at a new practice typically covers a full examination, a review of your dental and medical history, and a professional cleaning, with X-rays if you do not have recent ones. It is also a reasonable time to raise any longer-term concerns, cosmetic or otherwise, so they can be factored into a plan going forward.
Day-to-day oral health still comes down to the basics between visits — brushing twice daily with fluoride toothpaste, cleaning between the teeth, and limiting how often sugary food and drink appear through the day matters more than the total amount eaten at once. Regular professional care is what catches whatever those habits do not.
Digital X-rays are a routine part of dental care because they show what a visual exam alone cannot — decay forming between teeth, bone loss below the gumline, and how developing adult teeth are positioned in children. They use a low radiation dose and are taken on a schedule matched to individual risk rather than at every single visit.
Left untreated, small dental problems tend not to stay small. A minor cavity that would have been a straightforward filling can progress to needing root canal treatment and a crown, and early gum inflammation that would have reversed with a good cleaning can progress toward bone loss around the teeth. Catching things early is generally the difference in both effort and cost. Excellent, they are the best
Everything about Prism Dental, is awesome! Dr. Luis Sanchez, is the best!
A great experience from the front desk, to the technicians and especially Dr. Sanchez. He is upbeat, positive and professional. Patiently listens and answers all questions. Thanks for the great dental care!
Doctor was very detailed in his explanation of exhaustion, cleaning process, and what will occur on next visit. Very please with front end office area. Very clean and pleasant staff. Overall vista is a 10 out 10.
The staff is super friendly and seem to enjoy the work they do. Scheduling is flexible and I don't wait long between appointments. When I arrive, they are always ready for me before my appointment time. They let me know exactly what they are doing before & during the procedure(s). They let me know what to expect on my next visit as well. I used to hate going to the dentist. Not anymore!!!
I was treated very well. I have a small mouth and my doctor was good. I appreciate the whole staff.
The doctor made me feel comfortable. And if I asked him to stop he did. He is very patient. I enjoyed laughing and talking with him and staff. Glad to be there.
Patient I nava the best dental clinic ever, I am so grateful for the staff and services, and it starts with front desk these ladies work with you, and always are kind to the patients, and huge recognition to my RDA Marissa and the amazing doctor who is the kindest and most caring dentist ever! I was ashamed of my smile, I went through severe depression until my awesome doctor assured me i would be happy with my new smile. No words can be said on a caring, patient, and knowledgeable dentist. There is a waiting list but please know it's worth the wait. I gave testimony at church on how they changed my life! I Nava patient
The staff was great. I was 20 mins late for my appointment because of traffic. I knew that I would probably have to get rescheduled. They inform me that I would probably get rescheduled but someone canceled and they saw. The staff wasn't rude they all was so sweet but straightforward and honest. The wait wasn't long either. The Dr. took time and explain and answer all my questions. Overall I thank them for showing me great customer service and for seeing even though I was late due to my own fault. Keep up the good work!
