I had a wonderful experience yesterday at Signature Smile! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and . The office was clean, comfortable, and the entire staff made me and my son feel welcomed throughout my our visit. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and truly showed that they care about their patients. Signature Smile made it a pleasant experience! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great dental care. Thank you to the entire team for making me and my son visit a positive one!

I had my first visit to Signature Smiles today, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the very beginning, Eva at the front desk was absolutely exceptional. Even before we met in person, she was kind, helpful, and welcoming. When I arrived, she greeted me with that same warmth and professionalism, which immediately put me at ease. One of the first things I noticed was how beautiful the office is. The entire space is bright, modern, spotless, and incredibly inviting. They also have updated technology, including a panoramic X-ray machine, which made the imaging process quick and seamless. It honestly gave me confidence that I was in a practice that invests in both its patients and its equipment. The gentleman who took my X-rays was incredibly gentle and patient, making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Andrews was honest, thorough, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated the transparency and genuine care. It’s not often that you leave a dental office feeling this positive after a first visit, but this team made a lasting impression on me. I left feeling informed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. If this first experience is any indication of the care they provide, I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment. I highly recommend Signature Smiles to anyone looking for a dental office where you’ll be treated with kindness, respect, and exceptional care.

First time here and definitely not the last! For the last 5 years I’ve been dentist hopping, trying to find the best office for me and my children. Mrs Eva made our experience so welcoming, I must say they do exactly what needs to be done if you booked your appointment for 11:30 am you will be seen at 11:30am lol I actually needed more time to fill out paperwork. I would say your in and out but unlike other dentist they don’t just clean your teeth and send you off with a bunch of referrals for everything else. If your in need of something that can Be done in office you will get it done the same day. The service was beautiful and speedy.

I feel sad to strongly not recommend this place because, Eva at the front desk is the most amazing manager I’ve met. She’s personable, professional, organized - I adore her. Unfortunately I do not think this is a caring or respectable dental service. The first issue I had was a cleaning in which the provider chipped my tooth- I had to go back to get it filed down the next week because the chip was scratching my tongue and creating giant blisters. The second issue I had was a filling on a tooth that was not giving me trouble. Because the provider went too deep I was in extreme pain to a point of tears every time I bit down. This led me to need a root canal on what was, before coming here, a tooth with no problem. The final issue I have is with how this was handled. I was only offered a partial refund on a portion of my services IF I signed a non disparagement agreement meaning I would need to remove this review. I find it shady that this place caused me extreme unnecessary pain, charged me hundreds of dollars for a poorly done filling, chipped my tooth, and only offered a partial refund as a form of buying my silence. I do wonder if this place would have a different rating if people who post bad reviews were not approached with $$ in exchange for deleting or editing their review…. I encourage readers to think about the practices’ response below logically, if the partial refund didn’t require me to edit this review wouldn’t I have just taken the money? Their response doesn’t make sense and lacks accountability.

I received my very first root canal and a filling today. Shout out to Erica(front desk) for answering all my questions and explaining everything to me. Her energy starts off the appointment just right. Also, shout out to my dentist and all staff that made this visit as smooth as possible. The dentist made sure I was ok, reassured me, gave her recommendations, and gave me clear instructions. I also appreciated the Netflix and remote control :) This is a very clean office. Nice people. Zero wait time. I recommended coming here.

This was my first time going to Signature Smile and overall it was a very easy experience. From booking my appointment to filling out my forms and even in the chair it was all very seamless. Everything was very efficient but didn’t feel rushed, and the doctor spent time explaining things to me as well as asking me important questions. I would strongly recommend them.

I went to Signature Smiles for an annual cleaning, and had a really great experience with Dr. Andrews. I would definitely recommend her to others looking for a dentist. I felt very comfortable sharing my dental concerns with her, and she provided helpful and informative responses. I'm very happy with the quality of my cleaning, and will be back for my next appointment.

The receptionist/billing staff upfront were absolutely wonderful, top-notch. Music is amazing there. The office is extremely clean, which is something you want in your doctor’s office. Dr. K and his assistant have amazing “bedside/dental chair side ” manner. It was the most relaxed visit I’ve experienced at the Dentist office in years!!
