I did my research before choosing Smile Boutique NY; they were affordable but also had good reviews. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience! The entire process was easy, and the staff was kind, professional, and made sure everything fit perfectly - even as far as getting on a one-on-one call. I recommend them to anyone!

I couldn’t be happier w my device! I had to have it adjusted because the bite was off just a teeny bit but they said send it back- we’ll make it better and it was shipped back to me the next day after the had received it back from me! The fit is PERFECT. I am thrilled I didn’t go to my dentist for this. I highly recommend smile boutique!!!

This has been one of the best purchases of my life!! The staff patiently guided me thru the "impressions" process and made the whole experience easy and stress free. When I recieved my acrylic partials I was impressed with the quality, attention to detail and craftsmanship! It took about a day to get used to them but when they "settled in" it was heaven! I forget they're in at times bc they're so comfortable! Though I've eaten with them I suggest not risking damaging them on "hard or chewy foods". Thank you Smile Boutique you honestly have impacted my life! I'm ordering a spare pair just in case something happens and I can keep on smiling 😁

I got a clear retainer with two fake teeth in it, while I wait for my mouth to heal from getting implant posts installed, and it allows me to smile and feel comfortable in public. It looks really good. The process of doing the impression was mostly easy, and everything happened very quickly. I was very impressed with the response times and the customer service I experienced. I will say, though, that there was an issue with my impressions, which got rejected (by photo) twice before they offered to do a video call with me for the third attempt. When going through it this time, I was told that the way I was doing it the first two times was wrong, and it was *exactly* the way the videos on their website said to do it. Specifically, I'm talking about spreading the putty out into the mold. The video on their website shows the person specifically spreading it, but the person on the video call told me not to do that. I didn't say anything then, so I'll say it now: your own videos show the person spreading it, so that's confusing and you should update your videos on the website. That said, the customer service was great so I'm not complaining. I'm still giving you 5 stars. I'm a satisfied customer.

The whole process from start to finish was wonderful, easy, and quick! Communication was instant, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Absolutely wonderful partial dentures. I am so pleased, so easy, they send you the impression kit, and you send it back. The partial dentures fits great, I can talk and eat normally, there is no metal and no wires, their product is soft in your mouth and doesn’t hurt. They answer all your questions and you can call them anytime. I can give them 6 stars! Thank you so much to restore my smile!

I am so happy I chose Smile Boutique for my upper! It’s comfortable, easy to put in as I have a physical disability and it looks so natural! I appreciate how quick the process was. I went 6 months fighting with my insurance just to have my smile back and yall helped me in 2 weeks?! PLEASE lol. Definitely worth the price! Thank you so much!!

My confidence has truly been restored. I’m so happy with my appliance (flexible partial). SB was extremely accommodating as I had to order 2 additional molding kits (yikes) because I was over mixing. My questions via email were answered efficiently and the color match is spot on. My kids couldn’t even tell which tooth was missing. There was a small adjustment in my speech but it’s coming along well, today is my first day wearing it. It’s very comfortable, not too tight or loose. I would highly recommend Smile boutique again and again.
