Tribeca Dental Care

My Invisalign process is going good so far, had a follow up re-scan after completing my 3rd phase and on my 4 set of trays. Some more work to be done just waiting on my 4th set of trays to begin phase 4 So the experience is good so far. The dentists and staff is very friendly and professional.

I don't have enough good things to say about Tribeca Dental Care. And I don't think I've ever enjoyed going to the dentist anywhere else. On my sister's recommendation, I started coming here about a year ago. During each visit, the receptionists have been incredibly kind and helpful, and the hygienists and dentists have been warm and thorough, quickly catching and resolving any issues I had. Transitioning to new doctors in a new location can be challenging, and Tribeca Dental certainly made it easier for me. Thank you!! 👏🏻🦷

Theresa was such a delight and made me feel very welcome during my visit. Aziz was great at the pre exam X-ray. Very polite staff and quick check in and check out process!

Wonderful and personable care starting right at the front desk! The ladies were so sweet and friendly checking me in, and did so efficiently. Fabian was the rockstar hygienist that did my excellent cleaning, and Dr. Henry Tang was thorough, gentle, and patient- a model of professionalism. 5 stars!

Everybody was so kind, helpful, professional, and well skilled. The receptionist was outstanding with being so patient with me. Dr. David was marvelous even calling me by my preferred name. He explained everything to me with such clarity and kindness. I wish Tribeca excepted my PPO -Emblem Plan I would love to make Tribeca my regular dental support, but they don't :(

This place is awesome. Their Invisalign price is very good compared to what other Manhattan dentists quoted me (literally 3 times less than one place). They have dependable service and a flexible schedule. When I finished up my Invisalign treatment, they also replaced 2 very visible fillings in my front teeth. They look SO MUCH better now. I’ve had fillings in those teeth for years and I have never liked how they looked until now. All this to say, if you want to do a ‘smile renovation,’ definitely choose a cosmetic dentist like this place.

The receptionists are rude, unhelpful, and extremely disorganized. I called several times to check if my Invisalign trays were available for pickup because I still had not received an email notification after 11 weeks. Each time I called, I was told they would reach out via email, but I never received any follow-up. I also sent a text message and received no response. When I finally called again to follow up, I was told the trays had actually been available for pickup eight weeks earlier. There was no apology for the lack of notification and no explanation as to why I was never informed. Instead, the receptionist said I should have reached out (which I had already done three times) and spoke to me with an attitude. She initially repeated that the trays had not arrived because I hadn’t received an email. I had to insist that she check again and explain that the wait had been much longer than usual. This is when she finally ask for my name and DOB to check. I had given her my information to check from the very start of the phone call but she just answers me with the same answer that the trays are not ready without actually looking up my account. Their communication is careless, unprofessional, and completely unreliable. Overall, the service here is extremely poor from start to finish. The front office lacks basic professionalism, and the clinical visits feel rushed and inattentive. As a result of their lack of communication and poor management, my treatment plan has already been delayed by three months. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for organized, respectful, or patient-focused care.

I live in Aspen ang take care of my teeth in this professional clinic for over 10 years. Cleaning, feelings and even an implant. The staff from reception to doctors is awesome , kind and professional. I highly recommend this clinic and will continue to have them take care of me even when living far away . Thank you
