All the people I interacted with from the receptionist, hygienist, doctor and check out person were friendly and professional.

Great office and friendly staff! The dental hygienist and doctor were both kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I even got to watch Bravo RHORI while having my teeth cleaned, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Dr. Shao is amazing! And Mary the dental assistant is also great. Painless and efficient and always on time. Zero wait. Plus, they have TV to watch during procedures. Never been to a better dentist.

Dr. Lee is incredibly kind and understanding. He's been helping me through severe dental anxiety and having work done after over 5 years of neglect. I would have liked a clear plan for care describing everything that I need done but that was never given to me. To this day I dont know how many cavities I need filled, etc. The front office is not transparent or consistent. I had to call several times for information on cost about root canal/ crown and didnt get a call back until I mentioned I was going elsewhere. I then had to basically harass them for a copy of my x rays. I asked specifically for my x rays AND my records and any notes (hoping I could get the info about the cavities etc) and only got x rays via email and a ct in a disc format that I had to physically go and pick up. All this to say, the front desk does the absolute minimum. I would return for work with Dr. Lee though. The endodontist here did not have a great bedside manner with someone with dental anxiety. He numbed me for a simple exam and evaluation. Even with the numbing he was very rough and I did not feel comfortable doing the work with him. Also a bit arrogant imo. Needless to say, I got the root canal done elsewhere. He may well be very qualified and an excellent doctor at his craft but that was not enough for me to feel comfortable moving forward. 10/10 recommend Dr. Lee. The rest is tbd.

I had a great experience at this dental office. The staff made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The dental hygienist was very attentive and explained everything clearly before applying numbing gel to my gums, which made the cleaning much more comfortable. After the cleaning, the dentist introduced herself, reviewed my X-rays, and took time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Overall, the visit was efficient, professional, and reassuring. I would definitely recommend this office.

Dr. Wu is an exceptional endodontist. I developed a pretty bad toothache over the weekend, and the office was able to accommodate me in her already busy schedule. She was calm, composed, gentle, and very reassuring throughout the entire visit. She explained everything clearly and worked thoroughly. The root canal treatment itself was much smoother than I expected. Based on my experiences at this office, I’m very grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend Drs. Kim and Wu to anyone in need of skilled, compassionate endodontists.

This was my first time visiting. The clinic was clean, and pleasant. Everyone was very nice, specially Kathy who was assisting was so sweet. Dr. Liz was also very kind and competent. Thank you for also for doing the CT scanning for free. I greatly appreciate it. Thank you so much. Jane

I’ve been a patient for several years. It’s so helpful to have all specialists under one practice. Dr. Liss, a periodontist, is so friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. She follows up on her patients and is extremely kind. I have also had Invisalign here which was a seamless process with great results. Highly recommend the practice at both locations.

From check-in to checkout, my experience was excellent. The hygienist was very thorough, and Dr. Lisa Chen explained our situation in a way that was easy to understand. She was gentle, patient and professional. We appreciated how caring everyone was. Friendly staff, clean office, and excellent dental care. Highly recommend!

I don’t think many people would say how much they love going to the doctor or dentist! But this dental practice is truly very professional, responsive and patient- centered. The entire team is professional and of course I am grateful to be under the care of Dr. H. Souh. She makes going to the dentist such a pleasant experience. She patiently listens to her patient’s concern and takes the time to explain.
