The dental office employees were very professional and courteous! They made me feel very comfortable when I went for my appointment today!!! I highly recommend this office!

I have been a patient of theirs for almost 2 years. They took good care of me today. I completed an implant bridge that took a while because of my own scheduling conflict’s and they were very patient when I had to reschedule more than once. Dr Malik is professional and very human. Excellent dentist and the staff is kind and compassionate even When they have to put up a with me on a bad day, or two….

Prior to to this date, I wasn’t too happy with URBN Dental, however, today, Saturday July 18, at my 22:00p cleaning appointment, was a good day, thanks to today’s hygienist. She made my visit a pleasant one. My wait time was very short and she was very knowledgeable, polite, and had a great sense of humor. I cannot recall her name at this time. Thank you for an experience.

i spent months looking for a dentist. my toothache from a poorly done root canal years ago came back to haunt me and this clinic was the only place that actually got me in last minute and instantly figured out a plan for me. as soon as i walked in i felt safe. that's a big deal for me because dental clinics have always felt so devoid of comfort... front desk was so kind. the lighting put me at ease and the music... finally no elevator music or radio with ads in the background! Entering the office felt like a spa (i was nervous it would cost me more than i could afford just by the aesthetic alone) To the young woman who first scheduled me (im so sorry i forgot to ask for your name!) you were such a lovely face to see after a long chaotic search for my dental needs. The uptown location is where i had the pleasure of receiving treatment. Dr. Malik explained whats going on specifically without keeping me waiting, worried or left with more questions. very intuitive as well... she somehow knew the moments i needed a break, or breather at the slightest bit of discomfort i showed. i respect that so much because i barely had to talk with my mouth open thank you Dr Malik! you are kind, detail oriented, gentle, informative, and most importantly you are both emotionally and educationally intelligent with your craft (a valuable and overlooked trait that i find so rare in the medical field lately) all your dental assistants were funny and sweet and knowledgeable.

I had such a wonderful experience at URBN dental! The entire team made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. The appointment was efficient, thorough, and completely stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in providing excellent care. The place was clean, organized, and had a very relaxing atmosphere. Dr. William did really good and if you’re looking for a dentist who is knowledgeable, gentle, and truly cares about their patients, you should go here too! Thank you for such a great experience—I actually look forward to my next visit!

Truly speaking it was a good experience to get the Consultation followed by the Dental cleaning. It went well and quite satisfied with the relief! Having clean, smooth teeth to get a great feeling. Hygiene found upto the mark, Xrays carried out with the ultra modern equipments. To sumup due care of the teeth is a Blessing, it's available at the Urban Dental Uptown.

I’ve been going to URBN Dental for years and they’ve been amazing! They’re extremely patient with me as I have teeth sensitivity and they listen to my concerns. They work with me until I feel comfortable with whatever’s being worked on. I truly appreciate them.

I had an awesome experience. This was my first time ever in my life doing any sort of dental procedure. Alexis helped me understand the procedures scheduled for me and was very graceful with her work. Dr. Malik is a Godsend herself. As an anti-needle person, she helped me ease into treatment and was very graceful. Def would recommend.

Overall was a great experience here at URBN Dental - Uptown. The people here were very nice and helpful throughout the whole process. I specifically want to shoutout Chelsea at the front desk who assisted me in breaking down the payment structure and what to prioritize for my future appointments. I had multiple follow ups I needed to sort out and I was able to do so with Chelsea’s help. Mysty was the Dental Hygienist that did my cleaning and was very helpful in explaining what was going on with my teeth. She showed me visuals on a screen to educate me to know how to take care of them better. I did not expect to be included and learn so much from my appointment, but I am very glad I did! I look forward to continue my dental care here at URBN Dental - Uptown.
