Dr Ortega and his team are great!!

I had a great experience at White Rock Orthodontics! The staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional, and they made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The office is clean and efficient, and the orthodontic team was knowledgeable and thorough. They explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. I appreciate the excellent care and customer service my daughter Emmalee received. I highly recommend White Rock Orthodontics, and my son is next!

Dr. Ortega is the best. Always had a smile, which is contagious in the office. Rebecka consistently provides A+ bedside manner with her patience in explaining the progress and next steps to patient (daughter) and myself. Thank you for your flexibility & humor!

My first time as an adult to get braces and Dr. Ortega and his team has made it such an amazing and efficient experience! His entire staff are very kind and knowledgeable - especially when you have tons of questions and concerns (like me). They took such good care of me during each visit. Office is clean, cheery, and welcoming. While this is not applicable for all patients, I was able to remove my braces early and I think a large part of that has to do with the care and attention Dr. Ortega has shown with getting the results I wanted. Definitely would recommend!

I absolutely love Dr. Ortega and his entire staff! They are always wonderful, kind, and incredibly accommodating to our busy schedules. Dr. Ortega truly goes above and beyond — not just for his patients, but for the community as well. He is very generous and even donates to local schools, including supporting Wallace Elementary’s 5th grade Sky Ranch trip. I like him so much that even when our insurance changed and he became out of network, I couldn’t imagine switching orthodontists. That says everything about the level of care and trust he provides. Highly recommend!
