Beware! I had some cavities that were drilled and filled by Dr. Rubinov in Sept 2025. One of those teeth was sensitive afterward, and I thought it was just the drilling process. But 10 months have gone by and the pain is still there. My guess is they never drilled out the cavity properly. I've been delaying this, but I need to get back out there and find a competent dentist that can address this.

I highly recommend Dr. Christopher Ward and his entire office staff. Dr. Ward is extremely talented, knowledgeable, honest, and skillful. He takes the time to properly evaluate your condition and always provides truthful recommendations while being mindful and thoughtful about treatment plans rather than pushing unnecessary work. His attention to detail and craftsmanship are exceptional. The temporary crown I received looked and felt like a real tooth, and the permanent crown was placed flawlessly without any issues. He also repaired one of my veneers perfectly. It is rare to find a dentist who combines honesty, technical expertise, patience, and genuine care for patients the way Dr. Ward does. The office staff is also professional, welcoming, and very helpful throughout the entire process. I’m extremely grateful for the quality of care I received.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at WB Dental Arts. As someone who has always struggled with significant dental anxiety, I felt reassured and comfortable from the very first phone call. Unlike many dentists I’ve visited in the past, Dr. Ward and his team are incredibly kind, patient, and nonjudgmental. They never made me feel pressured or tried to upsell treatments, and most importantly, they didn’t make me feel ashamed for not having been to the dentist in over five years. Dr. Ward and his hygienists create such a calm, supportive environment that the entire process—from my cleaning to cavity fillings—felt seamless. He took the time to move at my pace, constantly checking in and reassuring me that everything would be okay and pain-free—and he was absolutely right. I didn’t feel a thing. I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Ward and this practice. Highly recommend to anyone, especially those with dental anxiety.

After a lot of consideration, research and multiple consults with top cosmetic dentists in NYC and LA I decided to get my veneers done at Williamsburg Dental Arts. Everything about this office was different; the kindness, the service, the communication. Ive never had such a positive experience in a medical space before. The work itself was executed flawlessly. The final result exceeded even my own expectations. My teeth look perfect but in a natural way that you would expect a healthy, beautiful smile to look in the mouth of a 35 year old man. They are white but not like a kitchen sink. When choosing the color, I was guided and educated on high end cosmetic techniques such as opalescence, characterization and fluorescence. All the things that differentiate one person with veneers that looks like they have veneers versus another person that you simply can’t tell and all you see is what looks like a set of perfect, natural teeth. That difference easily costs an extra $1000 per veneer but either do it right and make the investment or don’t do it. Ive heard stories about people that got veneers done and when black lit at a restaurant, it looked like they were missing their teeth—That’s fluorescence. To do 10 upper and 10 lower teeth requires multiple visits of multiple hours each which can be very uncomfortable. What sets this office apart is that all the big work was done under IV sedation and I didn’t feel or remember any of it. I remember going home and looking in the mirror and just seeing a beautiful smile looking back at me. Those were my temps. For two weeks I took them for a test drive and the doctor and I hashed out any small changes to the temps until they were perfect. Then I had my last visit to put in the finals. I’ll be honest, this was not a small process but with the right doctor and the right office it can be a life changing decision. It was by far the best decision I’ve ever made for self improvement and I am most grateful. Thank you guys!

I had a great experience at this spot — the office and equipment are all modern and technologically advanced, and even have an AI for X-rays that shows everything with colors and the 3D scanner etc. Made it very easy. They found the discomfort that was bothering me and saved me from a root canal — both Dr. Ward and Dr. Rubinov are amazing, and everything was painless. The front desk staff are like from a 5 star hotel

Had a v positive experience w these guys...over the past year or so I’d been considering paying more attention to dental stuff - and the appearance of my teeth + maybe doing some sort of dental work. I was introduced to WDA through my friend. Then in Dec decided to go through a full mouth restoration with Dr Rubinov. The results are outstanding. The process can take a couple of visits to be done right. My experience was smooth and the outcome outstanding. Also the practice uses sedation, and that makes it all comfortable/painless. Def recommended!

Dr. Rubinov saved my tooth! I have been very lucky with my teeth until a couple of years ago when I cracked one of my molars and it would become sensitive when eating. Most dentists after seeing the xrays would just immediately do a root canal but Dr Rubinov agreed to take the time to try to carve away the entire crack and protected the root and made me a crown that looks like nothing had ever happened. I couldn't imagine another dentist taking so much time and effort to save my tooth, and I'm forever grateful to feel like my teeth are perfect again. Thank you so so much!
