Receptionist was disgustingly rude. Poor customer service I cancelled my appointment and tried to reschedule I was told I'm out of luck and I need to find somewhere else to go.

As most people, I AM TERRIFIED of the dentist. I had a cavity on my FRONT tooth and didn't want to go even though it looked horrible, when I was only 14 years old. I stuck with the pain and the black spot just to avoid the dentist. My mother dragged me promising a reward. When I met Dr. Vaysman, without knowing my fears, she explained every step that she will do. Her hand was so gentle that I didn't even mind the shot or sitting in that chair for an hour. I am now 30 years old and I still go to her. I brought my husband and friends there because I simply cannot imagine anyone else having a different experience. She calls me to make sure I clean my teeth, get check ups and literally takes care of me like family. This is the best dentist in the world. 100% recommendation.

Dr. Vaysman is the kindest and most attentive dentist I've been to in years. I've visited a number of Manhattan dentists in the past and have always noticed the same annoying thing -- you only get all of 5 minutes with the doctor. I have nothing against dental hygienists and assistants, but when I go to a dentist with decades of practice under their belt, I expect a certain level of personal attention and care. I go to Dr. Vaysman not only because she is highly regarded by friends and family, but also because she is excellent at providing that level of professional care I want from a highly experienced dentist.
