Zen Dentistry Park slope

The staff doctors and manager Chrissy were so kind and welcoming. The dentist usually scares me so to have staff treat you like a friend/family definitely helps. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Got fillings done here yesterday, and the dentist said that the woman assisting the procedure “usually works the front desk but would be helping us out”? The dentist was very kind, but the experience was incredibly uncomfortable, she pinched my lip with one of the tools and cut it a little bit, the assistant put the suction way too far down my throat and I started coughing, it was kind of a mess. I feel bad reviewing a dentist’s office lowkey but the experience was not great and I wish I had gone elsewhere.

Formerly Gentle Dental and absolutely earns that moniker. Zen Dentistry PS and all their employees, from the doctors to the incredibly sweet Nancy on front desk, are kind and caring and hardworking. They'll call your insurance, they'll talk through fears. I had a filling that took under 15min to perform, and caused no pain. After mediocre dentists in the past, they're such a breath of fresh air.

I travel from Queens just to come here, and it’s 100% worth it. Everyone here is so nice, and Nancy is always so welcoming and friendly. This office actually makes going to the dentist enjoyable (as enjoyable as it can be!). Highly recommend. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be genuinely cared for - this is it!

Got fillings and cleanings done here. This office also carries prescription fluoride toothpaste. Nancy is the best at scheduling and navigating insurance. FYI - The office is now part of Zen Dentistry as of 2026.

The staff and Dr. Goldman are fantastic, no exaggeration. As I write, I am trying to recall at least 1 time that I was disappointed both in actual work done or with interaction with staff and I couldn't find any. I feel loved and appreciated there, the environment is warm and welcoming. Dr. Goldman does excellent work, and if ever something is not her expertise she recommends a topnotch peer. I have been a customer for over 10 years. They came highly recommended by a peer and I was never disappointed!
