Wonderful staff, walked me through procedure

Waited 45 minutes at their office before leaving without seeing anyone, while I was hearing the doctor having small talk. It’s ok to be late sometimes but tell your patients upfront. This is not respectful of anyone time nor money. We all have work and lives.

Dr. Konstantin Rubinov and the staff were welcoming, informative , professional. Helped me with extracting my huge Wisdom Tooth. It was painless and not as scary as I assumed, felt like Im in great hands!!! So much gratitude for taking me in so soon and making my life pain-free. Definitely recommend

Going to the dentist is not usually something I am excited about but wow, I had such a fantastic experience at 38 Meserole. The receptionist was super nice, offered me a coffee, and they had good music playing while I waited. The dental assistants then came in and were super fun to chat with while they did my x-rays. And then the dentist himself did an absolutely amazing job removing some stains during my routine cleaning and I feel like I came out with a new smile! So now I’m actually excited to go back in six months for my next cleaning lol. Would highly recommend.

Amazing team, from the front office to the doctors. The office is cozy, but modern and clean. The equipment is all new and they use the coolest tech. In all the years I have been to the dentist, I never had a 3D scan of my mouth done as part of a routine checkup . They used mini cameras to do an exam of my teeth and check my old fillings and then showed the images to me on an overhead monitor. The digital X-rays had AI software that scanned for cavities. Love that this office embraces the latest medical technology.

I’ve been avoiding the dentist for years due to some bad childhood experiences and was never happy with any of my prior dentists until now. Last year I noticed a lot of bleeding around my gums and was terrified. I was recommended 38 Meserole Dental by a co-worker some years back and finally made the call and went in for a checkup. Truly a great experience from start to finish. Nothing hurt, the cleaning was smooth and the dentist was kind and cool. He explained everything and took his time. Office has very cool new tech, which speaks to me since I work in that field. The micro photo cameras and AI software that shows where there is a cavity starting blew my mind. Dr. Ward explained and showed me more in that one appointment than I knew from a lifetime of dental visits. Got a night guard made and after a deep gum cleaning my gum inflammation is under control. I also had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed with Dr. Rubinov painlessly in less than 45 min. Today was my first checkup since my initial visit and I just got all A’s. No bleeding, no cavities. Love this office! I was a practicing dental assistant before moving to New York, so I had very high dental standards. Quality dental work, and overall good energy was important to me. Since the moment I walked in the door, I felt so well taken care of! I have trusted the team at 38MD for years now with personal dental health. Modern technology, low volume office with the best customer service, and easy painless dental care. They have another location on N6 Street called Williamsburg Dental Arts but I prefer to come here because it’s the same doctors and staff but they work with my dental insurance. I tell all my friends to go here!

My experience with this dental office was nothing short of magnificent. I've been going to this office for several years, and they always accommodate my busy schedule. They use high-end machines and technology for all dental procedures. Their professionalism and thorough descriptions are always appreciated.
