I walked into Always Beautiful Smile with no appointment, hoping to improve my smile. From the very first visit, I realized I had found a true artist. Dr. Leon combines extraordinary technical skill with an incredible eye for aesthetics. He doesn’t just fix teeth—he creates beautiful, natural smiles. The most impressive part wasn’t just the quality of his work, but the transformation. I walked out looking twenty years younger. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dental office. I had treatment done on 4 teeth, including retreatments and replacing old fillings in preparation for crowns. I already paid $1,025 for one tooth. Before continuing treatment, the financial coordinator clearly explained to me that the retreatments and replacement fillings on the other teeth would be done at no additional cost IF I completed my crowns at their office. Based on that information, I agreed to continue treatment there. However, after the dental work had already been completed, I was suddenly told that I needed to pay another $1,025 for those retreatments and fillings. This was never clearly explained to me BEFORE treatment started. I feel that I was given different information before treatment in order to convince me to continue. What made the situation even more upsetting is that after this happened, I was sent documents to sign retroactively, even though these financial terms were never properly discussed with me beforehand. Now one of my teeth is still left without a crown after preparation and feels extremely fragile. Instead of feeling cared for as a patient, I was left feeling stressed, pressured, and misled. Patients deserve honesty, transparency, and clear financial information BEFORE treatment — not unexpected charges after the work is already done.

Everyone is very Nice and Pleasant. Very accommodating. They go above and beyond to make sure that your dental care and needs are met. They take of as much of your issues as possible unlike other places that make you wait until your next Dental appointment. This will be my new go to place for Dental Care. Strongly Recommended

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Yans, the receptionist, greeted me with such a warm personality and a genuine smile. She kindly helped me fill out my forms, took my photo, and walked me to my room, which made me feel very comfortable right away. Next, the technician who came in, although not very fluent in English, was still able to understand me and communicate effectively. She was gentle, kind, and made me feel at ease. Then I met Dr. Olga Degtyareva, who truly stood out. I shared my past dental trauma with her, and she responded with patience, care, and even a little humor to help me relax. She clearly explained the procedures I would need and how everything would be done, which made me feel reassured and safe. After that, I was assisted by Mariana and Kema. Mariana took photos of my teeth (the “camera girl” 😊), and Kema handled the x-rays and impressions for my flipper. Both were professional, kind, and attentive. Overall, my experience at Always Beautiful Smile Dental was exceptional from beginning to end. Every staff member was patient, caring, and had such a positive attitude.
